I think there should be more updates to this app, since the zoo is always changing ### 2/5 — Oakland Zoo *2020-08-18, version 1.0.35* It would be nice if tickets could be purchased through the app or if members can register an existing account. Most folks don’t have access to a printer at home and really against company policy to use office equipment for personal use. In a pandemic culture we need contactless tickets. I can find out about animals anywhere. Your ap should have information on YOUR animals specifically. Their information: their names, age, where they came from, are they in a breeding program, cute anecdotes, why they came to the Oakland Zoo, is their species endangered or threatened. PS. Bathroom locations are on the map and I found that quite easily 😘 ### 5/5 — I’m wild about this app *2018-08-12, version 1.0.29* Well-designed, helpful, and easy to use, with great info about the animals and visiting the Zoo. I used it while exploring the Zoo, and to read even more about the animals and conservation projects after my visit. ### 4/5 — Surprised new gondola not added yet *2017-08-14, version 1.0.25* So, to great fanfare in June, the Oakland Zoo began operating a fabulous gondola which provided riders great views of the SF Bay Area. It's now August and the gondola is still not added to the map of the zoo. For such a large investment that received so much publicity, to not also make the effort to update this app with the new feature seems lazy and decreases its usefulness. Hope this gap is addressed at least when California Trails opens in 2018! ### 1/5 — Review... *2017-07-18, version 1.0.25* So far I have been unable to access most of the features on the app. Far as I'm concerned this app is worthless.
