Apps does not work for log in

I can’t view any of my information. No info on rewards, free play, other info. Links are not working. This is a terrible app. I want the old version back.

I have deleted the app several times but it still shows 1 notification on the app b4 opening it and nothing to open up or no way to clear it off. Have deleted & reinstalled the app several times. Any advice would greatly be appreciated
