I understand y’all don’t control the rules set by the state or the licensing around sports betting in Arkansas. Still, it’s frustrating to see a local option fade out while everything shifts to a big-name platform like FanDuel. There were definitely other paths that could’ve been taken without partnering up with a major sports betting corporation. Options that could’ve kept things more local, more accessible statewide, and still generated strong revenue for Oaklawn and state taxes. ### 1/5 — Fraude *2025-08-31, version 1.7.0* La aplicación no me permitía hacer una apuesta por fondos insuficientes, pero al final del juego mi apuesta estaba recibida, esto ocurrió una vez el resultado estaba definido, por lo que no me permitió ni confirmar mi apuesta ni sacarla, estoy seguro que si ganaba la apuesta no habría recibido el premio, esto ha sido un robo disfrazado de problema técnico donde la aplicación se asegura de salir ganando en todos los posibles resultados ### 3/5 — Location glitch *2025-08-19, version 1.7.0* Love the app, but last month or so, it glitches when opening the app. It’ll force a location verification screen prior to the app loading and once it verifies you are in state. The login sends an error code. Forcing app deletion, phone restarts and contacting CS for help. Only to do the same steps again and maybe change your password also. I had a bet for a #12 seed team to win a game and Mcneese won on the first day but they marked my bet as lost then closed it out. How can you close a bet like that when a 12 seed team not only won but there was still another day left in the round of 64! These people are crooks and it’s the Arkansas voters fault because of the law passed that only these in-state crooks can provide betting apps. So we are stuck having only a couple of sports-books in AR. Avoid this app like the plague ### 1/5 — i’m angry *2025-02-08, version 1.7.0* trying to sign up and it’s saying my 20 digit password generated by my password manager is not valid. we need uppercase, lowercase, number, special char but only 10 chars total required. ok that’s not how password security works but Ok. my password is more secure but u won’t allow it ok. Ok, but that’s fine. i’m a chill dude. i can take the extra minute to make my password less secure for you. so now i do that and add all of ur special chars. ok but same thing not valid and now i can’t make a valid password no matter waht. and now i can’t sogn up. ok. thanks i just cannot sign up it is literally impossible. i’ve brute forced every possible password less than 64 chars at this point . this must be a bug introduced recently how have they not noticed 0 NEW SIGN UPS IVE TRIED THE WEBSITE AND APP HOW BAD CAN YOU BE AT THIS i want 5% LTV of new signups for nxt 2 weeks for finding bug and now i’ve wasted 20 mins of my life. EDIT: you can’t use “_” char i think. anyways, starting off on a bad foot. i’m here to bankrupt the company now ### 2/5 — Good for the bare minimum required of a sport book *2025-02-04* You can bet and the book offers most picks that big books have but your basically screwed if you wanna live bet and don’t even think about the promos because they are usually non existent or absolute trash. App currently has a glitch that won’t allow you to make a single bet and give you the notification saying “your bet can’t be combined with other bets” when it’s the only bet I have lol unbelievable stuff. And this happens constantly, it’s always something with this horrendous app. It’ll only get worse now that they’ve sold out to Fan Duel. I made a small wager on Glasnow K’s and a Dodgers win that showed in my account right before game time. I checked in on it once Tyler hit his K’s and the thing was gone. All the bets I made after were still there, and the bet amount was refunded to my account. I reached out to customer service for an answer, but instead got a lot of patronizing responses from Rodney making it seem like I don’t know how to use the app or track my bets. I’ve been on Oaklawn for over two years, I know how this works. If you’re brave enough to do business with them take screen shots of all your bets, no matter how small. I wish I had. They just lost my business over roughly $15.
