I had complied with the different requirement, all were ticked but still wasn’t accepted. I had one last try with a smaller version and at last I got through. My original was 15 characters long, my accepted was 10 characters. I would definitely look elsewhere ### 1/5 — Update Confusion *2023-06-21* When I go to the Oaknorth app on my phone. A short notice tells me I need to download the new update from the App Store. However, the App Store offers no update but simply tells me to open my app -- which takes me straight back to the motive tellingI me to update the app at the App Store! I've gone round this circle several Times Now, just in case the system might click in and offer the update. But with no luck. I am therefore locked out of my account. At a time when a one year fixed savings account is about to mature. Can you please attend to this? Either I don't need an update, or you need to provide it. Until you act, I'm effectively locked out of my account. Thanks. ### 2/5 — New app layout *2026-08-10* What was there before app “improved” was simple and fine. Now when I open app there’s a completely pointless graph and it takes longer to navigate to my account. Just because you can show me a useless piece of information doesn’t mean I want to see it. Don’t waste money breaking a functional app use it pay savers more interest! ### 2/5 — Version 2 of the app *2026-08-07* I hate the new version. The old one was much, much better for those with a visual impairment. There are sections of the app that cannot be enlarged and the print, graph notations are very small and spread far apart. The old version was much more readable, this new version is useless to me.
