I've never been able to open this app. I spoke to a representative of Oakstone and she said, "it's never worked." I'm still able to use the programs I pay for through the web, but it's disappointing that they offer for an app that's nonfunctional.

BEWARE the contact us from the app doesn’t actually get submitted anywhere. You must call or submit an issue on the computer/web. I reported this issue so it may get resolved, but as of 7/18/25 it is an issue.

App will not open.  Also unable to open on laptop. Have contacted Oakstone both by phone and email, and have not gotten a resolution. I paid a lot of money for absolutely no access whatsoever. I have requested a refund. This is sad, because I used them years ago, and they were excellent.

Bought CME audio program online only for the app the crash after logging in. Unable to use the app at all.

Works mostly as intended when my phone has bars. Does play tracks out of order. Lets you download tracks for going out of range, but without bars, the app closes after completing the current track. Not accurate about what tracks have been played. Miss the time when you could buy the content on mp3 and use a functioning mp3 player.

Got in touch with Oakstone support and Steve was a great help getting my access issue fixed quickly. App now works flawlessly on my iPhone 14 Pro Max running os 18.4. Streams and downloads without issue, topics are very well organized. Great app and great customer service experience!

This app releases us from Apple Music bondage. No longer have to choose between Sync Library and purchased MP3s. 
Works perfectly with CarPlay.
