Bzw. Die Verbindung nicht aufgebaut wird. Trotz sehr gutem wlan Signal. In einer Situation z.B. Filterreinigung ist das eine Katastrophe. Zudem war es heute so, das ich die Leistung um 9 Uhr gedrosselt habe und um 10 Uhr sollte ich mich neu einloggen. Warum auch immer. Nur ging die Texteingabe nicht. But, one I leave the local network it reports my devices as offline. Also, there is apparently no available API. So, this cannot be integrated into home automation systems. ### 2/5 — Not worth the wait *2023-09-12, version 4.2.2* I ordered the wi-fi controller in February and it took five months to arrive from Oase. They kindly supplied the alternative IR controller whilst I waited. However, now I have the wi-if controller it has been nothing but trouble. It refuses to remain stable when all other connection in the house work fine. It refused to connect both LED80,s but detected both so only one light. The functionality of the app looks great but the delivery falls short. Clearly a lot of effort went into design and production but only two stars as it just doesn’t work at advertised. I’m back with the cheaper but adequate no-thrills IR controller which at least delivers what it promised. Die neue Version 4.2.1 zeigt alles wieder richtig an. Nach dem Update vom 6.3.23 werden keine Spülungen mehr erfasst. Weder automatische noch manuelle werden gezählt. Das Problem ist doch jetzt besprochen und bekannt. I also purchased the premium LED package including the controller that this app is needed to interface with. It is without a doubt the worst app i have ever seen. I am a tech guy and have developed apps and worked on UX. The app is useless. Die Pumpen laufen rund um die Uhr. Obwohl sie aus sein sollten. Da geht nichts mehr. Gehen auch Nachts einfach an. Obwohl sie laut Zeitsteuerung aus sein sollten. App gelöscht, EGC Reset. Problem bleibt.Habe jetzt eine klassische Zeitschaltuhr an der Steckdose angeschlossen. Mail an App Support geschickt. Nachtrag: Support hat sich schnell gemeldet. Sehr netter und kompetenter Kontakt. Problem wurde erkannt und direkt gelöst. TOP!! No control or settings with this latest update. *2024-11-24, version 5.0.0* For the last year it has become excellent, great improvement, thank you. 🐋🦈 Unbelievable, the only reason I bought ProfiClear was the info that was available via the app or EGC website. Not only is there no EGC to give alarms the app hasn’t the capability either so unless you are standing next to the filter it is pretty much useless. I have recently installed 3 fountain pumps and 3 controllers. I can now adjust the height of the fountains from my phone rather than have to go into the water to adjust them like I used to! The app links with Alexa (and Google) so I can control the fountain and lights timers etc through that. I can run Alexa routines to turn the fountains and light on when camera detects people arriving.
