We had one connectivity issue but was easily resolved through customer service. Only thing that needs improved in my opinion is the interface in the app I. How to add tracks to playlist. Can only add them to the playlist playing while just scrolling through all the tracks. Need to be able to scroll and add to a specific list when viewing them. ### 2/5 — Not user centered, clunky and slow. *2026-07-31, version 3.0.4* It doesn’t help that the table itself only seems to go a couple of weeks before needing to be rebooted and the whole set up routine needing to be gone through on the app. But even without that, the app would not get a higher rating. It requires unnecessary clicks every time you open it. If you only have one table why can’t it open straight on it? Then it takes time to connect. The screens are tricky to navigate and responsiveness is poor so it takes ages to do anything and it’s easy to make mistakes. Very limited choices in how long between changes. Can’t seem to have it, for instance, change everyday at midnight, or midnight and noon. Pausing it on a particular pattern is hit or miss. The team kept backers updated throughout the entire process, and it was exciting to watch the product come to life over time. When it finally arrived, it completely lived up to the hype… it’s one of the coolest and most thoughtfully designed pieces of furniture I own. You can tell the company genuinely cares about what they’re building and about the people supporting them. I’d happily back another one of their projects without hesitation. ### 5/5 — Oasis Mini *2026-07-13, version 3.0.4* I freaking love this thing! It is mesmerizing. The 3d/texture of the sand makes this something truly incredible to watch. The only complaint I could possibly make is that it stops on occasion and needs to be updated or just resynched. There are a stupendous number of images to download. The lighting effects cast shadows which appear almost like movement itself. Everyone could use this type of wonder and tranquility that this little Oasis offers. ### 3/5 — I love it - when it works. *2026-07-12, version 3.0.4* I love the product design and the amazing patterns. I hate this device has to be connected to a remote server to work. When the remote server goes down - as it often does - the device is rendered useless and does work. I know it’s a matter of time the company pulls the plug on maintaining cloud servers and the device will die altogether. I’ve tried for days. Left it unplugged for over 24 hours, pressed the reset button several times, uninstalled app several times, disconnected and reconnected WiFi, literally tried everything and it’s still giving me the same problem. ### 3/5 — A bit annoyed *2026-07-08, version 3.0.4* I have been looking at these sand tables for years! I was so very excited to finally afford the smallest one available. I was soooooo excited 🤩! So far in the 6 months i have had it i have had sooooo many issues with it saying connected to the internet. We have had a few storms this season so i am not counting those times but i sometimes have to reconnect it several times a week on bad moments and every two weeks on better moments. To have to ALWAYS reset it is so annoying and nothing else in my entire house needs reset at all. I have got on my app for the internet several times to See if i have had any unexpected interruptions in service and i haven’t other than the few storms i have mentioned. I just really expected for the price of these that they would be better constructed. Something I waited more then 5 years to have one of my own and is constantly having Connections issues is very disappointing. On the upside when it does work as expected it brings me unlimited amounts of joy. I love the picture in the sand and all the light combinations and so many picture options. I hope no one else is having issues and that isn’t just a coincidence for me. It would be really cool If it had a music option. ### 5/5 — Great app and love the coffee Table! *2026-07-08, version 3.0.4* I really love the coffee table! It’s been a great addition to my living room. I’ve had it for maybe a month and a half now and it still amazes me with the art that it can generate. But for some constructive feedback I’d suggest adding in a way to schedule lights and the different light patterns. Right now I think you can basically schedule start, stop, next etc for the sand patterns but not the light effects. It would be nice if I could schedule the lighting to turn off at 9pm or switch from a neutral solid color to a more playful lighting pattern at 5pm. Also it would be cool to create and save your own lighting patterns. Even if it’s to save the specific color for under the Solid option, so you can quickly get that exact color in the future that would be amazing. ### 5/5 — Outstanding Service *2026-07-07, version 3.0.4* I recently bought a Mini and was challenged to get it working as it seemed to be stuck in a glitch while trying to center Tech support was very responsive and awesome! We tried a few things and determined it needed to be swapped. 48hrs later I already the new one and an RMA for free return via UPS! Powered up the new one, fired up the app, and BANG! Working like a champ! It is so mesmerizing and smooth in operation! Love this unit and will be getting an end table next! It is always updating the device always loses its wifi signal ### 1/5 — Stopped working. *2026-07-27, version 3.0.4* I went to turn the device on and the app works and the device has full rainbow color but everytime I try to do something in the app it says error. “Unable to play track”. “Unable to clean playlist” “unable to sleep device”.
