This is the most unhelpful app.  I think it is a a scam so you can’t make reservations.   It was mandatory to use the app for reservations but the app has to be activated on your phone at the front desk.  
The Open times for the restaurants were wrong so we ended up walking all over the place looking for food.   The map is wrong also.  
Totally useless

Absolutely stupid app. Can’t get further than name number and email. No menu no hotel no help.

The check in took forever. Then check in is at 1500 my room was not ready until 1645. I didn’t even get offered a discount  for the inconvenience. The hot tub was nasty still had water dirty, and the faucets were rusted. The bed only had a sheet no comforter or blanket . The lights to bathroom are so dim. I will never stay here again .

Second time we visit Cancun. What was good? the night shows, Coffee & You and breakfast at Bites Food Hall. What was wrong? Every meal was tasteless and cold at Las Palmas and La Hacienda. We were given a dirty room with a tub that had rust all over the tub floor and when they finally changed us the other tub was clogged. Broken sink, broken iron, broken closet and even worst costumer service because front desk people seemed to be annoyed by everything, almost makes you feel like they are doing you a favor and not a paid service. Worst family vacation. However, go visit the mall La Isla and have lunch at La Parrilla, we went there twice.

Room cleaning was terrible. No fresh towels, no refills of water in fridge, no refill of plastic in trash cans etc etc etc….
Restaurants won’t take you if they close in an hour. 1 Bartender per bar

The app is terrible as it regularly signs you out. The reception is awful if you can even get any. There’s no point in calling this all inclusive as there is a line for EVERYTHING and 90% of food/drink places close at 5:00. Workers are rude, food is bad, everything is a sham. Expect to pay a significant sum on top of what you already paid. The initial payment is simply for the room. All else you get scammed for.
