However there’s so much inconsistency with connectivity that it’s become a huge pain. We have decent WiFi, but lights are continuously disconnecting, or opening the app won’t load and allow me to control the lights from my phone. As far as longevity, a bulb died within a week of install but everything else is functional. **Developer response:** We’re really sorry to hear about your experience. 💛 We’re so glad to hear that you love the concept and that Oasis has been helpful in supporting your newborn’s sleep schedule, but we completely understand how frustrating it must be to deal with lights disconnecting and the app not loading when you need it. I know the bulbs can do all colors (like how they are blue when they reset) please let me just have a color wheel and a ‘custom’ color option where I can set them to be anything. Would be 5 stars if possible I know Claude can one shot it ;) ### 4/5 — Pretty Great *2026-08-24, version 2.8.0* I love these, but I have noticed that they lag. Sometimes one light won’t turn on in a room or I’ll have to turn the lights on and off a few times before they all turn off. Also, I haven’t gotten the new update with red lights. ### 3/5 — Light sync issues *2026-08-22* The app started out great, but over time I’ve experienced issues with lights syncing to each room configured in the app. Some lights in the room randomly don’t turn on or off, or adjust brightness, when taking each action in the app. The only “fix” temporarily is to remove/reset all lights and re-add to the room. The app is great when everything works correctly, but the sync issues have become a pervasive nuisance. **Developer response:** We're glad you're liking them for the most part! Since the last update, they either don’t turn on/off outside the schedule or respond inconsistently. The update also mentioned dusk and red mode but those aren’t available. When I was first adding one of my lights, it briefly turned the light blue, which was cool. It really helps at night to be able to switch all the lights off from my bed! Only issue seems to be the automation/Light Cycle settings. Although I recently updated my app, the lights still seem to have a mind of their own. Some will turn on at the right time but use the wrong setting. Other times they won’t turn on when they are supposed to. The ability to control the mood of a room with this lighting system is amazing! I’ve never been able to find that “ just right” light level. Love that I can adjust everything anytime with the easy to use app. It’s like out Nest thermostat- super easy to use. Another thing I love is the spectrum of options for cool to warm light!!! We keep the bright cool light on the porch but really warm options inside (especially as the night gets later) . Customer service is great too 🥳 **Developer response:** We love hearing this! Terrible product requiring a terrible app that is tracking your data and will sell it to 3rd parties for sure. First of all, the price tag is very expensive for a product that doesn’t work. Secondly, it requires you to set up a separate WiFi with 2.4 GHz. Secondly, If you can manage to do that, then cross your fingers and toes and PRAY that the lights will feel like connecting to your WiFi. They most likely will NOT connect, and now you have expensive night lights. Thirdly, the customer support is an Ai agent that is no help. Neat product, terrible execution, terrible app, bought all their reviews and ad space. Terrible app, which is 100% of how you control the lights…so… ### 1/5 — Still a Terrible app *2026-08-14, version 2.8.0* The app is so bad it ruins a great product. Half the time the lights won’t connect or are just doing their own thing! August 13th update: Unfortunately although i loved the hardware and the concept, the app is just a buggy pile of hot rubbish!. I’ve done multiple resets, tired the app on my phone and iPad. Disabled my 5 ghz (they run on 2.4) reset my gateway. I work in IT.. I tried what few clever ideas I could come up with. What a massive let down. Hey you can return after 100 days.. but what a hassle…. I’m not sure I could recommend with confidence.. hopefully customer service is good… ### 1/5 — The absolute worst - don’t buy *2026-03-14, version 2.0.0* I’ve never actually left a review before, but my experience was so bad that I felt compelled to warn everybody. The app does snot connect to wifi, and subsequently doesn’t allow you to control the system. I spent hours on line with their support, and my internet provider and there is absolutely nothing that has worked to connect the lights to the app. Their customer support showed up 10 minutes late and didn’t have a shirt on. Don’t waste your time and money. It’s awesome to be able to control them from my phone and it makes everything look better. ### 5/5 — They just - work *2026-08-26* These lights are great. I have two pucks and four bulbs for our living room. They're connected via Google Home, which makes voice commands incredibly easy (even to percentages). One future hope is setting up scenes that don't require a time or sunset/sunrise. Just, one that's called 'movie' or 'dinner' that we could use at any time. There are some looks I'd love to save, but currently, it has to be tied to an automation. That said, it's just a future hope. Now it’s just bright. Please fix this. ### 5/5 — lovely product, even better team *2026-08-24* the lights themselves are great - it’s incredible how a change in lighting can overhaul its aesthetic. Bluetooth pairing was instant and app worked seamlessly. The cherry on top is their customer service. I needed to do a return/exchange and the process was effortless. I also had a special circumstance and the team was so helpful. Shoutout to Miguel, Nathan, Guilherme, Rene, sami who handled my ticket, and whoever manages their IG DMs deserves a bonus haha. I haven’t had a support experience this good in a long time. Every interaction was genuinely helpful, friendly, and fast.
