I’m so glad I did! The bread tasted absolutely authentic and reminded me of the real baladi bread back home in Egypt. It’s very hard to find that genuine taste here in the UK, so this was a wonderful surprise. The packaging was excellent and everything arrived well packaged and well presented. You can really tell they care about quality and authenticity. The whole ordering experience was smooth and easy. I’m extremely happy with my order and will definitely be ordering again. We ordered an Eid box and some fresh products, selected a delivery date, and paid for everything. However, the order did not arrive on that date. When we contacted customer service, they kept saying it would be delivered within two days, without any apology, as if this was normal. The order was delayed for five days past the selected delivery date, and no one reached out to apologise or explain the situation. When Eid came, and the order still hadn’t arrived, we contacted them to cancel the order and request a refund. They didn’t respond until we disputed the charge with the bank and informed customer service. After that, they replied, saying they had too many orders to handle and that it was the delivery agency's fault, not theirs. If they can’t fulfil orders, why do they accept them while continuing to post on social media, encouraging people to make new orders and promising fast delivery?
