Die OasisScan App ermöglicht den Abgleich mit der Oasis Sperrdatei, dass ab dem 01.07.2021 überall wo Glücksspiel betrieben wird, verpflichtend ist.

OasisScan ist die perfekte App um allen Anforderungen des GlüStV 2021 zuerfüllen.

Sie können mit dem Maschinenlesbarenbereich (MRZ) der Legitimationsdokumenten, ihrer Kunden auf die Sperrdatei zugreifen.

Nach § 8 Abs. 1, 2 GlüStV 2021 wird ab 1. Juli 2021 ein bundesweit zentrales, spielformübergreifendes Sperrsystem eingeführt. Es ist verpflichtend für alle Glücksspielanbieter. 
Spielbanken, Spielotheken, Bars, Clubs, Wettbüros und Wettannahmestellen müssen ihre Kunden einer Kontrolle unterziehen.
