Unfortunately the app now is useless. It is not practical anymore as it more confusing and generally harder to process what you are looking at. Older version offered much more ease in the use if the app and as a user i dont really mind the UI

Old app was fine on the new you can't see anything offline and it's difficult to see the direction of the bus

It was 100% ok before the last update. With this new update it looks cool, but it is so poorly made that it is actually unusable. Its slow, unreliable and i can’t understand it. Please go back to the old one! Very disappointed.

Previous UI was ugly but useful, new UI is decent looking but useless, and this is an app that needs to prioritize ease of use, not looks. Many stops are planted on the map the other way around, creating confusion and inconveniences that otherwise would not be present.

The new UI is a very nice design that the app really was needing. But in this new version you removed the most useful and the best feature that a telematics app should have. The simplicity and the speed that is required to access important info such as arrival times. In the new version I spend at least the double time than the previous one. This is very annoying and non practical….

Άθλια εφαρμογή όπως και άθλιο σέρβις. Ψάχνεις να βρεις το λεωφορείο ή την ώρα που περνάει ή τη στάση, ρωτήστε καλύτερα κάναν άνθρωπο. 
Αλλά νομίζω ότι οι πάροχοι χεστ**αν για το αν οι κοινοί θνητοί βγάζουν άκρη με την εφαρμογή γη τους

The app doesn’t show nearby stops anymore, the arrival times are either missing or inaccurate and it genuinely doesn’t offer anything to the user. 0 stars.

Στασεις χωρίς ωράρια, 15 χιλιάδες clicks για να βρεις κάτι, τι είναι επιστροφή , τι είναι το αναχώρηση , που να ξέρω γω ποια κατεύθυνση είναι τι, η εφαρμογή θέλει αποκρυπτογράφηση για να καταλάβεις. 

Θέλει πολύ δουλειά ακόμα για να είναι χρήσιμη.

App said bus arrives in 9 mins and it arrived in 2’, made me go for the other bus which said it arrives in 4’ but it arrived in 8’. In cities every minute counts but apparently civilians’ time does not matter.

Παράδειγμα: θέλω να βρω ποια γραμμή πρέπει να πάρω για να φτάσω στο ΚΤΕΛ Χαλκιδικής μια συγκεκριμένη μέρα και ώρα ξεκινώντας από την εκκλησία του Αγίου Δημητρίου. 
Αυτή η αναζητηση ειναι απλούστατη και θα έπρεπε να βρω αυτό που θέλω μέσα σε δευτερόλεπτα. 
Το αποτέλεσμα: ΜΗΔΕΝ, τίποτα, χάλια μαύρα.

Not possible to select a line of a bus that is arriving to view its stops. No plan trip feature. I don’t know why someone approved this update…

The new update is terrible. Not working offline, the timetables for some bus lines are wrong, HUGE irresponsibility, there is no way to navigate through it quickly as it always takes double the time to do what with the previous UI you could do in seconds -and offline mind you-, you have to zoom in every time to view nearby stops, and its just overall so annoying to use, change back to old version please, its not even worth to have it anymore.

The new updated App is much better than in the past however there are moments like today where no information appears. No bus timetables no stops no times. Considering how the busses are not always reliable on time having this app work is essential to be able to catch the bus. Especially when not all stops have arrival information.
