## What is Oazukari?

Oazukari is a ledger for small shops that sell work made by other people.

It is not an inventory app. Everything on your shelves belongs to someone else — that is the shop Oazukari was built for.

Made for:
• Boutiques, galleries and cafés that sell handmade work on consignment
• Shelf rental, booth rental and shared-shelf bookshops
• Any shop losing half a day to month-end payouts in a spreadsheet or a paper notebook

What it does:
◆ Take in — maker, item, price, maker's share, photo and date, in about a minute
◆ Sold — one tap beside the register. Tap it by mistake and one more tap undoes it
◆ Shelf — everything you are holding, each with "Held for 112 days". Filter by maker
◆ Sales — a calendar showing which days sold, and bars showing which makers are selling
◆ Payouts — pick a month and Oazukari builds each maker's statement as an image you can send by email or messaging
◆ Copies — every statement you issue stays available to view and resend. Void a sale after closing and the next payout carries the correction automatically
◆ Backup — write everything to a file and send it to your own email or drive

What it will not do:
• It never warns you about how long something has been on the shelf. "Held for 112 days" is a fact, not an alarm. You decide what it means
• Nothing leaves this device. No server, no account, no sign-in, no analytics, no ads
• Every feature works with no signal at all
• Nothing is ever silently overwritten. Sold, returned and corrected all stack up as records you can look back through

About the money:
• The maker's share is always shown as the maker's percentage (60 = the maker gets 60%)
• The share agreed when you take a piece in stays fixed to that piece, even if you change your default later
• Each sale rounds the maker's share down to the whole unit, and the statement says so
• Statements show total sales, the shop's share and the amount due
• Adjustment lines (transfer fees and the like) and a free-text note are supported
• Choose your currency on first launch — JPY, USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, CAD, KRW or TWD

Probably not for you if:
• You need the same ledger on two devices — there is no syncing between them
• You ring up sales on a POS — you would be entering each sale twice
• You hold many of the same design — each one is its own row (20 badges = 20 rows)
• You want to invoice and track shelf rent — this only puts it on a statement as a deduction line

Pricing:
• Everything is free for the first 30 days
• After that a free tier remains: up to 3 makers and 30 items on hand
• "Unlock everything" removes those limits. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription
• Issuing statements, reading past records and sending backups stay free either way

Your records live on this device and nowhere else. That is why Oazukari asks you, once a month, to send yourself a backup.

## Pricing and in-app purchases

## Version history (last 2 releases)

### 1.0.1 — 2026-08-13

• Confirm every maker's payout at once. For shops with a lot of makers, month end is now one action.
• Export the photos of your pieces (Settings, "Export photos"). Photos are not part of the backup, so do this before you change phones.
• Choose your own closing date, for shops that close on a show or a season.
• Export a statement as CSV as well. The image stays exactly as it was.
• Filter the shelf by "90+ days" and "180+ days". Still no colours, still no nagging.
• Export the shelf itself as an image.
• Hide makers you no longer work with. Nothing is deleted.
• Backup files are now named oazukari-backup-YYYY-MM-DD.txt.

### 1.0 — 2026-08-08

No release notes.
