I'm very glad you're enjoying OB Tracker. Yes, you can delete a patient from the list. First archive the patient by swiping to the left in the Patients list and selecting "Archive". Archived patients can be accessed by tapping the search box and selecting the "Archived" filter. Archived patients will be automatically deleted after 1 year by default. However you can also permanently delete an archived patient right away by again swiping to the left and selecting "Permanently Delete". This app allows me to quickly see how many I have for each month and how many weeks everyone is. I don’t have to log into my EMR to determine to determine what clients are due. Now I know which all patient s are due in the next 4 weeks. I know what all are their co-morbidities. It’s a wonderful app. One thing I need a clarification is - once I archive a patient , how can I un-archive it. **Developer response:** Thank you very much for the kind words! I'm very glad you are enjoying the app and finding it useful. You can find archived patients by tapping the search bar at the top of the Patients screen (you may need to scroll up to find it). The search screen starts by showing all patients including those archived. You can optionally select a filter from at the top which will limit patients to either All, Active, or Archived. You can then un-archive patients by either: a) swiping to the left in the patients list and selecting "Restore", or b) selecting the patient to show details, scrolling to the bottom, and selecting "Restore patient". Take care and stay safe. - Jeffrey ### 5/5 — Great Patient Tracker for Midwives *2020-11-13* I have not used an app to track patients before because none I have found have been affordable or comprehensive enough. This has the option to include or exclude the info you want to access for patients — whether it’s just contact info, gestational age, notes, or more detailed information. Very convenient to access on the go when I can’t log in to the full EMR. Password protected. Shareable with other people within the care team. iPhone only is the only drawback I would say.
