I am not so happy anymore - with the products or this points program. There is a very limited amount of products available for redemption of points on this app. I also think that there are a lot more options available on the market today that are actually higher quality and more affordable. ### 1/5 — Can’t Open app *2023-04-14* The only way to earn & redeem points is through he app & it win’t open. I signed up and purchased product because of this feature. ### 1/5 — No Perks! Huge Disappointment *2025-02-06* I have been using Obagi products for years. Spending thousands of dollars and earning points. Unfortunately, over the last year I have continued to earn points however they now disregard their most loyal customers. In the beginning I was able to redeem points for products. Many options being available. However, the last year there has only been one or two options on the app. Now for over the last two months ZERO! ### 1/5 — Fraud *2025-02-02* This was once a legit program. However, I am calling it FRAUDULENT because they have had ZERO products available to redeem for the past 3 months. Many other options for skincare!!! ### 1/5 — Disappointing *2025-01-18* I don’t understand why Obagi advertises to buy their products for points towards free product in the app. There has been 1 product available for the past 6 months and now, none, zero for the past few months. I started using obagi specifically years ago because of this perk. Now, I may switch as there’s no incentive to using it and it’s so costly. False advertisement! I tried reaching out to question this and they don’t seem to care and I got the “we will pass it along”. If you get suckered into buying their products because of this incentive, don’t do it! ### 1/5 — Not sure what changed *2025-01-07* I have been a loyal customer for years using this app and have promoted the use of this product to anyone who will listen. I have earned and redeemed points for product over and over again. In the last 6 months redemption has been less than lackluster. One product available and it is for acne prone skin. I don’t have any use for it. I check daily for products and have accumulated many points. Not sure what has happened. Obagi is a great product but this app and honoring their premier points change changed. ### 1/5 — Seems like they used us to get info *2024-12-27* When you join this app, they get our personal information and build an email list. I have a ton of points, but nothing is ever available to redeem, you can’t get anything medical on the app or thru the online store. Love what Obagi does but this program is a bust ### 1/5 — Point redemption *2024-11-29* I used to be able to redeem products using this app. Now, I have successfully accumulated quite a few points and hoping to be able to get a product or two. There has been one item available for the last 4 weeks. Not worth the effort to have this app. They should honor their customers who use this app. I’ve sent emails to customer support, only to be told it’s not their area and will pass on the information. Not what it used to be- waste of time! ### 1/5 — Redeeming points *2024-11-08* I haven’t been able to redeem my points for over 6 months. The app only has 2 products listed to buy with points - the same 2 products for over 6 months! I have a bunch of points and want to use them - please fix this. I shouldn’t have to buy a new phone for the app to work right. Currently an 11 pro max ### 1/5 — App has become useless *2024-07-09* I had enjoyed earning points and redeeming them to get one of the many Obagi products that I use on a daily basis. Unfortunately, redemption is now limited to a few obscure products making the whole point system virtually useless. The amount of product that’s are supposedly available for points redeeming is very limited. Like another reviewer, the points system used to be really good as well. I check several times per week and there are never any products and I have several points to redeem! I’ve contacted Obagi twice and they say keep checking. This isn’t very good customer service. ### 2/5 — Disappointed *2025-01-21* Adoring Dr. S. Obagi and her promoted products and services makes it difficult to ask, “Who is running this app?!?” with confusion and anger. It is Jan, 2025; been accruing points. This time last year app had a multitude of available products. Now? Nothing.
