Been great ever since. I know a VW CC sport. Most of the programming works. There was one for the radio that says it’s compatible, but for whatever reason it doesn’t want to change but other than that, it’s been excellent. I wish it was more clear on its upgrades. Do you have to buy another module? Can you upgrade the software in it and it’s not easy to reach out ### 2/5 — Price *2026-08-09, version 2.8.0* Look, I get it. Trying to get the most out of the program and features… I’ve had OBD11 for a long time. These prices are out of control for what’s actually available. At least for my 2017 Audi that I’m paying 2025 prices for. Can only do so much with old tech. Don’t mean I should pay more for it. Just saying ### 2/5 — Significantly worse than the VAG app *2026-08-08, version 2.8.0* Riddled with nudges/ads for their AI features or to upgrade your subscription (even when already pro??). Drops the connection to the OBDeleven connector when the VAG version of the app still works without issue. Everything is harder to find in this version. The app is more focused on people interested in using it to track the gas usage than people actually working on their car that need long coding to reset service intervals or battery configuration. It is a shame the VAG version of the app is pushing us to this version. Next day I saw 0 points. This is how I got robbed for 140$ for nothing. Also, if you don’t do absolutely everything exactly right it will not connect, such as key on engine off, hood popped, etc. meanwhile my topdon topscan connects and scans without issue and in a fraction of the time. Also, if you have ‘24+ VW make sure you really research rather than relying on descriptions on a retailers site before you buy it, as you will be severely limited on what you can actually do due to SFD2 being very restrictive, even though the resellers will lead you to believe it is capable of doing everything under the sun. If they can gets SFD2 working and maybe speed up connection time I’ll revise my rating. ### 1/5 — Refund my app purchases! *2026-07-05, version 2.7.0* What happened to all my app purchases??? Die noch funktionierende App wird nicht mehr geupdated und irgendwann funktioniert sie nicht mehr. Ich war einer der ersten 100 Personen die sich damals den Gen 1 Dongle gekauft hat mit dem Pro-Account.. I always had the issue connecting the OBD device; it always failed to upgrade the device when prompted to, but never had an issue with the VAG version. Couple things that bugs me one is the subscription based service and why is android version is superior to ios have more useful features unlike stripped down version fir iPhone youser? Instead of yearly subscription I would rather have limited umber of vins per tiers.
