Most health apps just show you data. This one helps you understand what’s coming. The predictive insights are especially useful around travel and disrupted routines, and everything feels intentional rather than overwhelming. It feels more like a health forecast than a dashboard. Simple, thoughtful, and genuinely helpful. UI/UX is also beautiful, so makes using the app daily even  that much better!
