Their tech remains stuck in the 90’s with poor browser and app functionality. Several times I have tried to add items to my weekly delivery with browser or app errors that force a restart. Even at. 23 Mb/s connection, you could call and talk to two representatives and be done beforehand updates are. You also can't modify your order from the app. Please get rid of the app or hire someone who knows what they are doing to fix it. If there are ever any questions or comments- I am always able to get ahold of an agent and they get back to me fast- with a resolved issue. He drinks it like there's no tomorrow! My whole family also loves going to our local Oberweis Dairy store and have our occasional treats! This App would have been 5 stars, what's lacking is the feature to save our Milk Club membership card/details so we won't have to keep on carrying them separately.
