- Remove goalie toggle
- Improve UI robustness (Reduced UI Lag)

Addition of Goalies
Goalies are added as players and then activated as goalies. Once activated the goalie is given a rating of 0-2 which will affect the total Team PPV. This helps balance teams with the goalie included
