The driver charged me twice. When reported they non-stop called me atleast 5/6times during work hours and repeatedly asked the same questions without solving the unwanted fare issue. They even asked the driver to call me on my personal number and confront me!!!!! That is the most disgusting level of customer service I have ever encountered. Even after which I cooperated with them and yet without any update they kept only calling me. Let me finish by saying, I am a daily uber user who has received their issues solved within 5 minutes without harassment. Anyway, when I tried to delete my obhai account their system hangs. A clever way to stop customer churn.
