Very impressed with this app.  I learned about Kim's health program on IG, and while I'm not always keen to download a new app (and one I hadn't heard of before) this turned out to be a really impressive app and now I'm interested in finding other people who host courses using it.  It was reliable and easy to use.

Hi my name is Tiffany Marie.

This is my first time ever using an APP for any type of course or program. I personally liked it very much! I downloaded the APP on my phone easily, and after it was installed, I had no issues with it at all. I am not the most technical savvy person, and if I can use it without issues, anyone can. The way the APP is designed is incredibly user friendly and easy to follow and keep track of your daily progress. 
I especially like how I always have immediate access to my “group” chat with a touch of the APP. It’s very convenient for anyone, even if you’re constantly on the go as I am. 
This APP was well created and it shows. I would certainly recommend it.

Love this app for health/fitness challenges. It’s easy to see what you’ve already completed and what’s to come, plus you can easily review and chat with others in the group that is working on the same challenge. The only thing I’d change is that when a video is done it shows you “related videos” (on YouTube think) that often aren’t even close to related to your challenge, coach or subject/activity. You can’t re-watch the video from the same page either, you have to go back to re-load the video.
