The bus company emailed me to say this trip does not exist and it was a mistake by Obilet and to cancel and request a refund from them. So I emailed, I sent a live chat, I attempted calling. Days no response and no refund for a ticket I bought off their app that WAS NOT REAL. Forced to buy another hotel for a night because all other buses sold out, and miss my reservation at my next stop losing out on that money as well. The least I should get is an apology and refund for the ticket, if not further compensation. Horrible communication and selling fake tickets.
