I contacted support multiple times they said it is delayed and to wait. Another agent then said I need to get in touch with the carrier for support. Yaşadığım ciddi sorunu ve mağduriyeti defalarca bildirmeme rağmen hiçbir şekilde yardımcı olmadılar. Müşteri desteği yok denecek kadar zayıf. Güvenilir değil, asla tavsiye etmiyorum. Obilet was a complete disappointment. Despite multiple complaints about a serious issue, they offered no support or resolution. Their customer service is practically nonexistent. First I had bought a ticket in advance for Easter and they cancelled it without asking or letting me know. I have brought a tickets for triple the actual price at the bus station and the bus didn’t even come and the contact information is wrong. I have bought a ticket for bus and the details on departure location were wrong and the bus company told me they have no record of my ticket. ### 2/5 — No simple ticket purchase *2025-03-26, version 13.21* I don’t like the fact that you are forced to download the app in order to see your ticket. I never had that before with any other travel. If you only need a quick ticket it can take you some time to find you way through the app and how to change your language. I will delete the app again once i downloaded the ticket. You can’t have hundreds of apps on your phone for just getting simple tickets. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — DO NOT RECOMMEND *2026-07-14, version 26.6.0* Only giving 1 star because I have to, the company sold me an incorrect non existent bus ticket. The bus company emailed me to say this trip does not exist and it was a mistake by Obilet and to cancel and request a refund from them. So I emailed, I sent a live chat, I attempted calling. Days no response and no refund for a ticket I bought off their app that WAS NOT REAL. Forced to buy another hotel for a night because all other buses sold out, and miss my reservation at my next stop losing out on that money as well. The least I should get is an apology and refund for the ticket, if not further compensation. Horrible communication and selling fake tickets. I get to the bus stop at metro torizm where the bus supposed to pick us up !
