## What is ObjektBericht?

ObjektBericht brings your entire property documentation workflow together – from the on-site appointment to the finished PDF. It is designed for property managers, caretakers, and facility management teams that need to create complete, professional reports without unnecessary effort.

Create properties with addresses and contacts, and keep every related activity organized. Three specialized report types are available for different situations:

• Property inspection
• Defect report
• Handover report

Templates and checklists guide you through frequently required inspection points. Add the date and time directly to each report. Document findings with a description, priority, status, required action, assignee, and due date. Photos can be attached immediately, and notes can also be dictated.

Handover reports can be signed directly on site – using a finger or Apple Pencil on iPhone and iPad, or a mouse or trackpad on Mac.

ObjektBericht turns the collected information into a professionally designed PDF. Review the complete report before exporting it, then save it locally or share it directly.

Built for everyday professional use

• A clear workflow instead of disconnected forms
• Structured templates and checklists
• Photos, actions, responsibilities, and deadlines in one place
• Signatures directly on the device
• Professional PDF reports without additional editing
• Available on iPhone, iPad, and Mac
• Local storage and optional synchronization through private iCloud storage
• No separate user account required
• No advertising or tracking

Reports can be completed during the on-site appointment. There is no need to transfer handwritten notes, photos, or signatures afterwards.

Try it free and unlock it once

ObjektBericht can be tested free of charge for 14 days with access to every feature. After the trial ends, existing data remains readable and completed reports can still be exported as PDFs.

A single in-app purchase permanently unlocks ObjektBericht. The purchase works on iPhone, iPad, and Mac when using the same Apple Account. There is no subscription, no advertising, and no recurring fee.
