Do not recommend this company. After 2 years they are still not able to take any payments except Apple Pay. I recently entered the free giveaway (as described by the company) just to find out buried in their terms conditions (paragraph 6) they listed a $1 fee through Apple Pay. However when I went to check out using the coupon code they sent it suddenly showed I would have to pay $5. When I emailed the company I got no explanation of why this price changed. I will not ever trust or buy from this company going forward if they cannot be trusted over a supposedly free facial interface.

**Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. All entrants agreed to the giveaway Terms and Conditions, which clearly stated that completing checkout required a $1 Apple Pay transaction. This was not a charge for the interface itself, which was entirely free, but a step to process the order and collect the shipping address.

Each unit involved real packing, handling, and shipping costs, which the $1 payment only partially offset. The majority of these costs were covered by us.

The temporary $5 issue resulted from a minimum transaction rule in our system that we were not aware of at the time. We implemented a permanent fix within a few hours and refunded the $4 difference to everyone affected.

We recognize that limiting checkout to Apple Pay can be restrictive for some users, and we are actively exploring broader payment support for the future. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to clarify.

It’s great when it works, but as soon as one hole comes off, great an other 90$ to spend. I wish I could just drill the hole so it could actually fit

Just to clarify for you and for anyone else reading this:
Buying a brand new $89 interface is not something we would ever expect a customer to do due to a single issue. That’s not how we designed the system, and it’s never been our guidance.

If something like a hole or clip point isn’t holding properly, that sounds like it could be a fit issue or a damaged component, and we’ve helped plenty of customers resolve situations like that without having to repurchase a full interface.

Hello I want to purchase the custom face plate you make for the Meta Quest 3 but your app crashes after I finish the survey for prototype. Please fix this issue I’d really appreciate it. (iOS 18.2)

I tried this five times. Every time I finished the questionnaire before the virtual prototype, the app would just crushed. Makes it impossible to purchase anything from them.

Can’t get the app to save a face scan so I can move forward with an order; would love to try this out but it’s not a very refined app.

I am using a iPhone 15 Pro. It would seem like a simple process to scan your face but that is not the case for me. Lining up the the dots to the circles is time consuming and once all the circles are gone the app does not save the scan. I have tried multiple times and reinstalled the app.

On my new iPhone 16 Pro Max, the app just keeps crashing. I can’t buy anything until you guys fix this. Also, it doesn’t remember face scans.

I absolutely love the idea behind this company and product. Being able to have a custom interface created for just you for your vr headset brings the concept of the bigscreen beyond to the quest 3 and other vr headsets. My first interface was good but I did have a few minor issues with pressure points and the customer service at Oblik was absolutely amazing in communication, listening to my feedback and prioritizing my replacement interface tailored to my initial feedback and were very great about getting me my replacement interface very quickly and smoothly. I would absolutely suggest this to anyone that is looking for a completely custom fit interface for their vr headset and don’t want to settle for a generic interface. The whole process is quick and easy and fun. You do a 3d scan of your face and then you customize the whole process as well as being able to see what it will potentially look like when it’s complete. You can also get a 360 view of how it will fit on your face as well. The interface is made very well and with the option to pick between difference colors your guaranteed to love the look of it as well as the fit. The padding is also very good as it allows your face to cling to the interface without sliding around and is able to be removed and reinstalled for easy cleaning. Again I can’t stress enough how amazing this interface is and how much it has improved my overall vr experience. Thank you Oblik!!!

I’ve had my Quest 3 since the month it was released and I was getting extremely frustrated because I was not able to get even slightly comfortable using it. I tried every style of facial interface and absolutely nothing worked for my apparently oddly shaped face. But then I saw a review of the Oblik facial interface on the Jay Bratt YouTube channel and I knew I had to get one. I’ve had my Oblik facial interface for years now and I will never go back to the one-size-fits-none interface. I no longer get pain in my face and I can play for hours!! No headaches, no headset slipping around on my face, it just stays perfectly in place. I honestly would not still have my VR headset if it wasn’t for this facial interface, and as Jay Bratt says, “it’s like an orthotic for your face!”
I also do a lot of fitness with my headset and after sweating in up in FitXR from a tough workout I can wipe the whole thing down easily and I’m good to go. The other styles out there have foam or “pleather”that’ll soak up all your sweat and you can never get it clean (say goodbye to your clear complexion). The silicone padding is super easy to clean and the interface is easy to wipe down as well, and then you’re good to go for another session! 
Another thing I love about the Oblik is its ability to hug my face when I’m moving around, so it stays in place and it’s not shifting all over. Stays in place during workouts, and the same goes for any intense games where I’m moving all over. It also makes watching movies a relaxing experience, I seriously forget I’m even wearing my headset because it’s so comfortable. 
I will never use another interface because nothing out there even compares to the Oblik. Not to mention their amazing customer service, extremely timely responses to any question you have. 
So if you’re thinking of getting one I say drop the hammer, go, get it now, your face will thank you later!

What you described is exactly why we built Oblik. You already owned the headset and expected it to just work, yet instead you were dealing with discomfort, instability, and endless trial and error. No one buys a VR headset expecting to become an expert in fit optimization, and we designed Oblik so that fit is something you no longer have to think about.

Hearing that you can now play for hours without pain, slipping, or distraction, across fitness, intense gameplay, and even movie watching, tells us we did our job.

Our silicone padding is intentionally different from anything else on the market. Its grippy nature allows the interface to hug the face and stay stable during movement and longer sessions. That feel can take some getting used to for some users, so it is especially great to hear how well it works for you. Easy cleaning and hygiene were also core goals from the start.

I owned the quest two and now the quest three and several different facial interfaces. The best. By far is the Oblik design. It fits your face like a glove. Their CUSTOMER SERVICE is the best I have ever experienced in my 60 years of life. I would highly and I can’t say that enough recommend the Oblik design.

I have a box of facial interface inserts for the Meta 3s. Yes, they work but, none fit comfortably.  So, I decided to roll the dice and try the Oblik solution.  The app worked without issues and the insert fits perfectly!  No sore spots, hotspots, and the airflow is good. Also, no light leaks.  This interface is extremely comfortable and well worth the price.  Also, the Orblik customer care is outstanding!

When I bought the Quest 3, I immediately noticed how uncomfortable the stock facial interface was. The material was irritating and I had to adjust the headset constantly during gameplay. I checked out several facial interface companies with different designs and materials; then I saw a video about a custom-made facial interface. The Oblik facial interface looked intriguing but was also more expensive than the others. I decided to check out this product by downloading the app and sending in my facial scan. Once my Oblik facial interface arrived I placed it in the Quest 3, and I was in heaven!!! The gasket "fit like a glove" and the material on my face was soft and comfortable-it was perfect! And the Oblik Company is also fantastic. I contacted them when the gasket made it impossible to fit on the Quest 3 charger. They immediately sent me a new facial interface at no extra charge that is now compatible with the Quest 3 charging dock. Is it more expensive? Definitely-but the comfort is worth every penny! Form fitting, comfortable, and backed by a respectful company l highly recommend the Oblik facial interface to enhance your VR experience!!!!! Stewart Slomowitz

### 5/5 — Pleasant experience, comfortable VR

I’m an early adopter of the oculus and quest3, and I’ve mainly used VR to play the more physical/spatial games as a way to get in shape. The obliq custom fit gasket changes the literal and figurative game, as there is far less fiddling with the headset once it’s in place, and so overall it’s a more immersive and streamlined VR experience. The silicon feels like the anti-scarring silicon strips, not sticky but secure on the skin. The gasket itself fit my weird face perfectly (not being self deprecating it’s just I’m a woman and definitely not the “standard model disembodied head”), just like the preview showed it would- it’s actually kind of freaky how good the face 3d mapping is, and the app is super simple to move through. All told, I’m really happy with my bespoke gasket, it makes me feel like I’m living in the future 👩🏽‍🔬

Bespoke electronics feel like the future, and this lets you get a taste of that. The scanning process works well, you can see the prototype before you buy, and the materials are well made. Their support is incredible as well; my angle wasn’t quite right for the sweet spot and they sent out a new one that fit perfectly based on some drawings I sent them. I also had to dremel away a little of the light blocker. I am absolutely fine with that because the experience going from the stock index gasket to this truly transforms the experience in terms of comfort.
