## What is Obrix?

Obrix is the estimating app for people who work in construction and remodeling: masons, contractors, painters, electricians, plumbers, drywall installers, stone fabricators and small builders. From the estimate to getting paid, everything in one place, on your phone and on your computer.

PROFESSIONAL ESTIMATES IN MINUTES
• Labor, material and service items, with quantity, unit and price
• A catalog with your own prices to build estimates faster
• Discounts per item or on the total, taxes and installments
• A polished PDF with your logo, your color and three layout templates
• Estimate templates for the jobs you do most

ONLINE CLIENT APPROVAL
• Send it by WhatsApp or email with a secure link
• Your client opens it on their phone, sees the details, downloads the PDF and approves or declines, with nothing to install
• You know when the estimate was viewed and when it was approved

APPROVED? IT BECOMES A JOB
• The job is created automatically with stages and tasks from the items
• Track the progress of each job and of your team
• Installments become payments with due dates, without retyping anything

PAYMENTS AND FINANCES
• See what is receivable, what is overdue and what has come in
• Mark installments as paid in one tap
• Dashboard with amounts approved this month and approval rate

BUILT FOR YOUR TEAM
• Invite partners and employees with owner, admin or member roles
• Everything synced between the app and the web dashboard
• Available in Portuguese, English and Spanish
