## What is Observe?

Observe to detach.

Observe is a meditation timer for Apple Watch, built for practice with your eyes closed. Meditate through 3 phases: focus on your breath, your body, and lastly express gratitude. Your watch will vibrate to indicate each phase, so you can mediatate without looking at the screen.

HOW IT WORKS

Choose a session length — 5, 10, 15, or 20 minutes, or set a custom duration. Your practice unfolds in three phases:

• Breath — Rest attention on the breath as it is. When the mind wanders, notice it and gently return.
• Body — Move attention through the body. Notice sensations without judgment.
• Gratitude — Close with a quiet wish of goodwill toward yourself or others.

One vibration starts Breath. Two start Body. Three start Gratitude. A last vibration signals that it's done.
