### 5/5 — Obsessless app

*2025-09-02, version 1.2.1*

In all honesty, it’s hard to beat an app like this. The amount of options given and how they’re provided make it an amazing way to help improve and treat my OCD.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Really buggy and expensive

*2026-07-15, version 1.6.1*

For an app that charges as much as it does, you’d expect it to actually work. I mean it’s fine and all when it does, but it’s generic prompt engineering you could get from Claude yourself if you spend 10 minutes. Save yourself the time and trouble and just do that instead.

### 1/5 — Not free

*2026-05-31, version 1.5.2*

It wouldn’t let me move forward or do anything without paying later.

### 1/5 — DONT GET SCAMMING

*2025-08-21, version 1.1.6*

IT IS SO GLICHY I HATE IT

### 2/5 — Love it when I can access it

*2026-03-28, version 1.5.0*

There is no clear rules about when the basic version can be accessed. I’ll pause while working on a quest and then can’t get back in to complete it. No warning, no explanation. Nothing

### 3/5 — SO HELPFUL, but I can’t afford every single app.

*2026-06-09, version 1.5.2*

Honestly, this app is incredibly helpful for someone who suffers from debilitating OCD. However, it’s discouraging to feel like I can’t afford something that could be so beneficial to me for recovery. The free stuff has been great, but can only get you so much. This isn’t necessarily an app issue, but it’s frustrating because I just need the help and there are dollar signs all over everything. That’s just the nature of the world we live in, but DANG. 😭

### 4/5 — Good

*2026-08-19, version 1.6.4*

I don’t know how I like it so far, because I can’t get past the intro part of it. The drawing the heart thing is probably the worst possible way to start using the app. I can’t get the heart right there’s always a space between the top dip in it, I’m using a stylus as well, and I got this app because I noticed I was overstimulated and I wanted to get an app to help at the moment. But I can’t even get into the app because I can’t draw it right and currently I’m even more overstimulated than before.

### 4/5 — Great App!! If you have money…

*2026-08-01, version 1.6.1*

I love love loveeee 💗 this app, but there is only so much you can do unless you’re willing to pay ☹️. Would love to see more free and accessible features. Would also love to have a section for things like maladaptive lying 😓☺️

### 4/5 — Recommend

*2026-05-29, version 1.5.2*

I was pleasantly surprised by this app! I am in between psychologist appointments and was struggling. This was a nice tool to use in between. I only wish more features were offered for free.

### 4/5 — OCD Recovery App

*2026-03-22, version 1.4.6*

It is truly helping me discover my triggers, hit them head on and slowly overcome the grip of OCD.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Fantastic App

*2026-08-19, version 1.6.5*

This was recommended to me by my therapist and it has been amazing. It helps me spot my patterns and understand exactly how my OCD works. This has been an invaluable tool and I would recommend it to anyone with OCD.

Note to the developers- I see that the cost of the full version can be a barrier for some. Perhaps there is a way that people can sponsor free or reduced fee premium access for others that need it? I would be willing to sponsor someone.

### 5/5 — Private, non-judgmental help

*2026-06-18, version 1.5.2*

Highly recommend this app for people who cannot access therapy or don't feel ready to talk about this stuff with a person yet. The AI coaching works well and doesn't feel like talking to ChatGPT, the responses are usually something you might plausibly get from an actual person. ERP is a long process but I'm already seeing some small results at the end of my first week.

### 5/5 — Amazing

*2026-06-09, version 1.5.2*

I needed this. Life has been so difficult with thought ocd (started in elementary and really bad in middle school) and this app is a life saver. Best thing I’ve ever gotten on my phone, and everyone who made it deserves a cold pillow when it’s hot at night ❤️🙏

### 5/5 — Great app for OCD!

*2026-04-28, version 1.5.2*

This app has helped me learn so much about my OCD, my true values, and hidden compulsions. There’s a ton of helpful features ranging from exposure exercises, lessons on OCD, and audios for spiraling moments. If you struggle with OCD, please consider giving this app a try!!

### 5/5 — So helpful

*2025-11-29, version 1.3.2*

Even just using the free version is so helpful and insightful on how to navigate forward with OCD. No other OCD app provides as much assistance while remaining free.

### 5/5 — 5 stars

*2025-11-25, version 1.3.1*

Amazing app so far.

### 5/5 — Truly Amazing

*2025-11-13, version 1.2.9*

This app is game changer in between therapy sessions. It understands OCD and the various aspects of it so well. I’d love to see some different modalities integrated into the recovery model including I-CBT.
