## What is Obulb Pro?

The Obulb Pro APP is designed to connect and control compatible Bluetooth devices of Olight by the way of Bluetooth mesh networking.
Features: 
1. Bluetooth Connection: Able to search and connect compatible Olight devices by using the Bluetooth function of a mobile phone. Once the connection succeeds, it adds the devices to an ad-hoc network.
2. Device Control: Can be used to turn the connected devices ON/OFF, change their brightness, color and mode, read battery level, and check battery life. 
3. Group Control: Able to group the connected devices and control them in groups. 
4. Customizing Options: Allows you to customize the group name, device name, and device picture.
5. Data Sharing: Able to share the mesh network data to another mobile phone installed with the same APP by generating a QR code.

iPhone cannot connect via Bluetooth so the app is completely useless. Also, the instructions say hold the button for five seconds when in fact, you have to tap it five times. Does anybody proofread the instructions for this thing? I really liked it before I discovered the app, now I think it’s a poor product way to go guys.

I’ve owned two of these and they no longer function by the app remote.  I do use them as portable lights, but I have to manually control them.  Big fan of the flashlights, but this line, No!

The app won’t connect to the unit, so it’s useless. I have tried every possible way, all the directions, 2 Obulb pros, nope. They know it doesn’t work, customers are complaining, but where’s the support? Redo your app, make the changes it needs so that it can actually support (or even connect) your device. Leaving customers hanging is bad business, I bought Obulb because I heard good things as a company. This experience and lack of app changes is not what I expected. Love the bulb, wish it would do what it claims. App is junk and needs a new developer. Or maybe an actual one.

Not worth the download. Although the manufacturers lights are awesome, they fell short with the app. Description to set light into network mode is incorrect, please read your directions that came with your bulb pro. The application then does not sense the light. Hopefully they update the app, would love to add more stars to a fantastic light product but a poor application to utilize its functions.

The App functional but is desperately lacking in features and reliability.
Upon many occasions the app will simply stop functioning, requiring you to relaunch the app, and less frequently you will need to re-pair your device.

Great products let down by a very weak app.

Suddenly my iPhone battery won’t stay charged. It’s from OLIGHT running in background on one Obulb accd to battery usage info on my phone.

I’m loving these newer Obulb pro’s and this app but it’s missing some vital features like having Siri turn on off and select modes. Also a widget for direct control from the Home Screen or even better,the Lock Screen. Siri is a feature with so many apps now and my Govee strip lights have it so it’s doable. Lastly it drops connection a bit to often and reloading the app doesn’t always fix it a few times I’ve had to physically get up and turn the Obulb off-on again then it usually picks it up again. I know it’s a new product and your a great company so really hope you continue to support the app and add features as you can make what is already a great product even smarter with those features. It’d be a five star app then…😎👍

I’m not sure what you done but the app won’t pick up any of my Obulbs. I’m not getting more or the new torches until the software side of this is fixed as without the app it’s not really that smart to get a pro - the MC will do. Even when the app did work it still automatically disconnects to save on juice so you still have to get up to turn each bulb on so may as well just get the MC bulb. No app needed. The app is trash. In the settings app and any number of Bluetooth sniffing apps I can see I am connected to all my bulbs but as the apps saying they’re offline it’s nothing doing! I’m a bit shocked to see another app - fix this one first…

They abandoned this app, and the associated obulb pro, when they released the new OLIGHT Hub app, and the new pro-S. Very disappointed in this decision, especially since this app is hardly finished.

Works well… As others have requested, please add a candle mode, and some way to save our own custom colours the we can cycle thru without the app… OBulb Pro is a great little product… cheers 😎
