OC Free is digital therapeutic that delivers digitalized ERP therapy to facilitate the daily practice of outpatient ERP treatment. Access in only available through referral from a healthcare provider.

OC Free Indications for Use and Safety Warnings are available in the app.

Product Description:

OC Free is a digital therapy consisting of a patient application and a clinician dashboard intended to provide a type of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure and response prevention (ERP) treatment, as an adjunct to outpatient ERP treatment for patients with contamination obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) to increase retention in outpatient therapy programs. 


Cautions:

•	This study device is is investigational and not approved by U.S Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for your medical condition.

•	OC Free is available without a prescription, but you must have a study doctor's recommendation.

•	The OC Free treatment is not intended to be used as a stand-alone therapy and is not a substitution for your medication or outpatient therapy with your healthcare provider.

•	For medical questions, please contact your healthcare provider. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please dial 911.

•	Please follow all of your mobile device manufacturer’s instructions for the safe operation of your mobile device. For example, this may include appropriate volume settings, proper battery charging, not operating the device if damaged, and proper device disposal.
