I have consistently been getting below average food from Old Chicago specifically this location. The reason I’m here today is because this is another fail from them and I’m tired of paying top dollar for bottom dollar food. ### 3/5 — Define “curbside” *2026-02-05, version 25.12.2025090101* I actually love the food at Old Chicago, and am a rewards member. Tonight I’m pretty angry that I placed a curbside delivery order only to be told the hostess can’t come outside and so have to come in to get my order. I was trying to add the party pack for 4, and I can’t even reach the checkout cart. I choose the appetizer, then choose the pizza, and when I click “add to basket”, it just reverts back to the main menu with nowhere to access the cart. If I choose the “buy now” option, it just goes to a page that says “basket is empty”. I then went and signed up for the rewards account, thinking it may be required, and I had the same result. I rarely leave reviews, but this app experience is so horrendous that it should be noted. I’ll be deleting the app and removing myself from all future marketing emails, and likely won’t be ordering from OC anytime soon either. ### 3/5 — Call ahead with the app *2024-11-14, version 24.10.2024072401* Sometimes orders get blocked. DoorDash, etc use the same system. It’s no fun to arrive at the target time and have to wait 40 minutes for your pick up. Maybe you could’ve filled my water up a couple more times but whatever, this is at the aurora location. He still did an awesome job and the food was great.
