This is why this app is only getting one stars. Hopefully you guys will fix this, but just be aware that with the screen reader voiceover is not accessible when inputting pick up and drop off addresses. It just keeps on announcing empty list empty list! Also, your maps are incredibly out of date. It’s still things that there is a Shakey‘s Pizza which has been closed now for nearly 3 years in my area. ### 2/5 — Complaint *2019-01-11* I like the service but app is not very accurate! For example when a trip is only suppose to be 5.2 miles it calculates charges for 6 miles instead of the 5.2 miles that it really is. Just the other day I was trying to request a Sameday taxi through the app for a 8.6 mile trip and it calculated the miles at 10 miles and charges at $17 but when I called to request ride it charged me $11?
