The things I don’t like is that when you delete a comment, the number doesn’t go down so it will still say like ‘1 comment’ or ‘3 comments’ just depending on how many you deleted then when you click on the comments nothing shows up, so that is a little annoying. Another thing is that I thought this app didn’t use AI but I’m pretty sure like 99.9% sure the daily warped is AI— but also you can turn that off, I just need to figure out how. Last thing is that sometimes when you make a new character it will say ‘error with character loading’ or something along those lines and it won’t actually let you use the account or do anything on it so you have to go on discord and create a bug report in their server. And I think features like being able to post more than one photo would be nice, or to just be able to post a photo alone with no caption. ### 2/5 — Review *2026-08-12, version 1.5.10* I used to love this app, it it my everything. I literally have nothing to do other than this. I always put “adults only” and put trigger warnings, yet that got me banned. They’re not listening to my side is the story either. ### 3/5 — Still too many bugs *2026-08-11, version 1.5.10* I do very much enjoy rping on this app but it still has SO MANY BUGS, the notification system needs to stop kicking new replies to the bottom if it’s been more than a day since the post was made. It also will cut off replies often too if there’s been a long back and forth. These shouldn’t be so hard to fix so please take care of it. ### 3/5 — Love the game but there’s a huge bug *2026-08-07, version 1.5.10* Whenever I talk to my friend and roleplay in the DMs of OCSN it breaks and starts glitching, it’ll reload and not load for 15 seconds-2 minutes, put me in other chats for no reason when I don’t go in them, not let me edit messages, and take forever to send messages. ### 4/5 — Hopes for updates *2026-07-19, version 1.5.10* If we could make the amount of characters we could have from 5 to 10 or 15, that would be great. This all started on a whim when I saw it recommending the app in an instagram comment, now here I am a month later. There are only a couple minor inconveniences that I have had, the main one being the character limit. For descriptive posts, 800 characters just doesn’t cut it sometimes! That is my main one. It would also be cool to be able to repost posts from communities on your main profile, and have the option to put multiple pictures on posts! ### 4/5 — Great app, has rooms for improvement *2026-07-12* The app itself is good, but I'm pretty sure that if the developer added even a simple dice system for rp's, more would download and use the app. Another thing is that the devs should make us able to put background pics for the rp's. They’re really random and don’t suit more serious characters It’d be cool if we could get prompts based on some of our character details or get to make up our own! Maybe users could make their own little scene setting invite, and it could be voted on which one is the best? Ex: A romance route, a sleepover, a spy mission, a house party, ooc character ranting… It’d also be cool if you could choose the amount of people you’d like to rp with!! ### 3/5 — Nice but the algorithm is unfair *2026-07-09* I’ve had this app for a good year or more now and I do love posting on it, I’ve had a lot of accounts, but I feel like the algorithm just pushes specific things rather than everybody equally. One of the main advertisements was (when I was joining) was that your art didn’t need to be amazing and if you posted you would be able to reach people way better. I feel the algorithm filters out detailed and interesting characters and just replaces them with boring and generic ones or just with people who post stock photos and it is genuinely a reason I’m avoiding this app as well, it seems heavily unfair and no matter how hard I or my friends try we never really get over one or five likes on average on a post, most of the time it’s even zero likes or interaction even though we post regularly ### 5/5 — I LOVE ITTTTT *2026-07-04, version 1.5.10* I genuinely loveeeeee ocsn soooo much!! For starters everyone here is entirely lying, if you were to look at the discord server you could see half the people who are there in power are kids, literal children, this app is held together by already used tape. Secondly, most of the guidelines are broken regularly and its just seen as a normal thing now. Under the second rule, “What OCSN Is Not” it states that under no circumstances should there be “No realistic depiction, promotion, or coordination of illegal or criminal activities” giving the example of drug use, immediately after in rule 5.4 “Alcohol, drugs, substances” it turns around and states its fine? Not to mention, everything here claims that AI is prohibited entirely, example rule 4, where it says “We stay true to our spirit!” Even though these same developers have made a highly addictive app which relies on generative ai and is very well adjacent to Character Ai. Every advertisement on TikTok for this app had a script made with AI, and the daily wraps are also clearly made from ai. (Art here has also been fed to AI with proof posted multiple times on people accounts.) The only reason this is getting a two is because i’ve met really chill people on here who i’ve now met in real life surprisingly, this is upsetting. ### 1/5 — Review I guess *2026-07-13, version 1.5.10* The app is fun and all but it’s kinda weird. The second I posted about “google said I’m the Kit fiction-kin!” the notification popped up and said “delusional”.
