Just started a few days ago. I’m an old fart and prefer to see the news as it is layed out for print. iPad Pro 15 latest os. This is ridiculous it shouldn’t take a half hour to load. Reset iPad wait another half hour. This is more than frustrating. Click on an article and see the 5 lines of the word Advertisement. Slicing terrible. Joyce Fox ### 1/5 — Update Did Nothing To Help My Issue! *2024-03-15, version 7.6.1* The user interface for the Ocala Star Banner is a terrible experience for me every day. The double solid blue arrows that block content on the left & right sides of my iphone result in a very slim viewing area. In addition I would like to simply swipe left or right to make sure I have seen every page. When I view the Gainesville Sun I do not have these problems. I have called multiple times about this issue with the user interface including today when I was told to update my apple iphone App which I did. It did not change the interface. I need someone to explain why the Ocala App can't be compared to the Gainesville by the IT department. I have vision & hand issues and need assistance with this problem.
