### 2.4.0 — 2026-08-21

In this update, you can now organize and study words together using tags.

■ "Related Words" Renewed as Tags Words on the same theme can now be grouped using tags. From each tag's list, you can play and test just the words with that tag. Tag names can be renamed anytime, and your existing Related Words are automatically carried over to tags.

■ Compare Tagged Words Side by Side Tap a tag on a card to open a screen where words sharing that tag are arranged in a radial layout, making it easy to compare words with similar meanings together.

■ New "Word List" Tab on Cards The card's fourth tab is now "Word List." Registered words are listed in alphabetical order, so you can browse the words before and after the one you're viewing, right where you are.

■ Choose What Audio Plays During continuous playback, you can now choose whether to play the "Word," "Translation," or "Example Sentence." You can also set the number of repeats per word, from 1 to 4 times, so you can do things like listening to just the word repeatedly.

■ Unified List Screen Controls On the By Date, By Level, By Tag, and All Words screens, the top-right buttons are now unified into three: "Play," "Test," and "Add Word." Screen titles are no longer truncated, and the By Level screen can now be filtered by "All / Today Only / Except Today."

■ Improved Playback Control Placement We've repositioned the playback controls to the bottom edge of the card so they no longer cover the card's content.

■ Select levels to play and test together
You can now check levels on the memorization screen to listen to and test multiple levels of words together. It's now easy to do things like "review only levels 1 and 2."
■ More intuitive test controls
We moved the answer button inside the card, and changed the result buttons to "Just learned it," "Not yet," and "Remembered it" — wording that matches the flow of learning. You can now proceed smoothly without hesitation.
■ Easier to see your learning history
You can now view your learning history for the past 3 weeks in a list, organized by level. Learning progress has also been moved to the top of the list screen, so your daily progress is immediately visible.
■ A cleaner interface
We removed the favorites feature and consolidated it into memorization levels. Button designs and colors are now unified, making it clear at a glance what to tap. Language pair switching has been moved to the settings screen.

- You can now set a "color" for your favorites lists
In addition to the existing icons, you can now choose a color for each list. Create your own rules like "red for important words" or "blue for review words" to tell them apart at a glance — making it much easier to organize your vocabulary. The colors you set will automatically sync across all your devices.

- Repositioned buttons on the test screen for better usability
The button positions are now aligned between questions and answers, making it easier to operate smoothly with one hand.

- Tidied up the card display
Minor visual adjustments have been made to help you focus better on studying.

- Improved app stability
Fixed a rare issue where the app would occasionally quit when performing certain actions in the level-based tests.
