Pay a real app developer, I’m glad you allowed a high school to design it but come on its 2022. Not just your app but the darn mobile website is so terrible stacked. Literally leaving this bank for their UI.

I understand technology requires patience.  However, after multiple attempts to deposit a check, it worked.  Multiple times it did not accept the endorsement, then it indicated the amount of the check entered did not match.  But it did.  After three attempts to redo the amount, it finally accepted the amount even though the amount entered was always the same.  Because I was having difficulties using my iPad, I attempted to login to my phone with the hopes that it would work, but it repeatedly told me my login information was not correct. But it was.  Oh well, the check is deposited.  Life goes on!!!

Face ID is a mess. Overall experience is clunky and not what I would expect of an app. Terrible support for an iPad. Old app had a better experience, not that it was great, but the information was more readily organized and available. Some good stuff. Really like mobile deposit when it’s not being temperamental.
