It’s updated, my phone is update and the only way to fix it is to delete and reload it onto my phone. Then it takes 12 hours to use since the one token needs activation. This has happened twice in the past 7 days. It disconnects often causing the approval process to start all over again. Occasionally the OTP is not aligned with the system causing wrong password or otp that will cause user to be locked out.
