It’s very troublesome to always log in using the OTP, and before the update, the FACEID was working well until the latest big update that basically changes everything in the app. Please fix this.

i have been unable to log in for the better half of the year, logging in via account name and password just keeps me stuck on the login page, i have NEVER been able to log in via the login page. logging in with faceid is a 50/50 chance, i just have to pray that i’m able to access my account :/

This is the most frustrating log in I have ever experienced. Although I managed to log in to my account I could only view the balance but could not transfer funds. I tried to call the general line number in KL for the past 3 days and was on hold for 20 minutes each time and subsequently disconnected. Although I left a call back number on each of the occasions, there was no call back. 
I even left messages on the website, but no response either. Pathetic.

finally the updates let you do more than just viewing balance.
would like to be able to use with face ID.
if your app does not update, try removing it and reinstall again.

Before update the apps still able to use Face ID and now this feature is not available. This really inconvenient for user like me who use Face ID. Update should be getting better instead of way back behind. Although the interface is nice but it’s quite lag and slow. Really dissatisfied with the new update and hopefully coming update you can enable Face ID
