When we are in a payment transaction, the app needs to be fast.     This app is very slow to the extent that I have to give up and use other ways to pay.  

Please fix this OCBC.  Other Singapore payment apps are faster so this is very possible to achieve. 
I use one of the newest fastest iPhones and have Singtel 5G so this problem is not because of my phone or the network.  

This is your coding problem.  Please fix.

OCBC App is useless and most of the time it hangs. I have no choice but to use DBS app even though most of our accounts are with OCBC. Hey if you don’t improve your app, you are going to lose customers!

A bunch of people sitting in office using their mouth trying to be god crating this piece of useless ŚHĮT. Been trying this app many many times it never launch... especially standing in the store trying to pay... making your customer look like an ÎDÏÖT, that’s what the bank good at. FYI, I have to right to have adblocker/track blocker. REMEMBER You take my money, you work for me!

Trying to use paynow and the the option to input amount disappears every time I try to scan a QR code to pay. Should switch to DBS

Marketing promo says $2 off if we use this app but can’t even get it working after 3 attempts. Shop assistant shared customers also experienced unsuccessful usage the day before. Backend issues??

Haven’t use the app for a while. And when I want to use it, the app keeps crashing. I’m on the latest iOS, 15.4. Pls fix it soon thanks.

Mostly does what it needs to but interface issues plague it. When trying to type the notes for a transaction, the window is blocked by iOS keyboard. Also, text should clear when opening the text window. These are minor but crucial fixes that need to be made.
