Useless app. ### 1/5 — CHARING ME UNNECESSARILY *2026-01-10, version 22.5* There were multiple times where ocbc auto detected that i was overseas and auto activated the roaming data which i had to pay despite not using it. The auto switching settings in my phone settings was off as well. i then unsubscribed to their roaming passport thinking that it will be better. however, i found that they STILL charged me. the AUTOMATICALLY switched my data and roaming without and warning whatsoever. it was a very disappointed experience. i had to pay 10$ extra every time i went to msia even tho i never used the data... terrible ### 3/5 — Latest app has bad UI *2025-12-29, version 22.5* Latest app set home’s default view to just account. There are no proper notification or visibility on credit card payment due date which is very important. However it doesn’t work now. Need yo go “One token” to deal with all web transactions, starting from web login, online transfer, etc. i am using iphone 14 with latest iOS. As for the OCBC website, it often show memory leak and lag, unlike how it performs previously all transactions can be performed fast, now need multiple login and waiting time to perform transactions. The voiceover is unable to access slide to pay function, we have to turn voiceover off & tried multiple times to estimate the position to slide, or seek assistance from sighted, which may lack of security. After logging in, everything seems fine at first—but the moment I tap on “Local Transfer,” the app completely freezes. It doesn’t navigate to the transfer page, and worse, it locks up the entire interface so I can’t click on anything else. The app basically becomes unusable and I have to force close it. For a banking app, this is unacceptable. Transfers are a core function, and having the app crash or hang at such a critical step makes it feel unreliable and poorly maintained. There hasn’t been any update or fix, so I’m just stuck dealing with the same issue repeatedly.
