Missing a lot of components necessary for planning an event. ### 3/5 — Great free app!! *2018-09-07* The free version of this app is great!! However, I purchased an additional event so I can plan two events at once a few years ago. I don’t know if it was an update to the app or the fact that I got a new iPad but the purchased content is gone. I’ve tried to restore my purchases but it doesn’t register. Support is no help at all. Their suggestion: “Buy it again”. Why should I spend another $2?? If it happened already once, I’m sure it will happen again. The actual content of the app is great. Under the Guest List, I wish I could separate the kids from adults under one of the filters. I use this app every year to plan my son’s birthday party and it works out great. ### 2/5 — No upgrade...No refund *2017-09-12* Took my money and didn't give me my events or refund. Frustrated... ### 3/5 — Full Version Crashes *2017-05-05* App kept crashing once I downloaded the full version. Reinstalled the app now it's asking me to pay for the full version again. I can still only do one event. It shows I purchased the upgrade. I have sent two messages to support and have heard nothing. I loved the free version but wanted to do the upgrade. For more events, more money. I mean, I know I will love the app, but sad I can't manage more than one event at a time with out paying additional cost. If you want to plan two events at once, say a birthday party and an anniversary, you can pay MORE money. No room measurements! No table measurements! How in the world can you develop a layout with no measurements???? Really???? Who do I talk to about getting my money back? For example, under guest list, there needs to be a place to add number of guests per name ( like bob +3) instead of having to name each individual ancillary guest.
