### 2/5 — Fine but keep recharging me

The app is good for studying on the go, but I keep getting the same questions- no new questions. I’m studying for my board NBCOT. I just tried to cancel now after being recharged (I bought only one month so it doesn’t make sense it said one time payment). Now it’s saying my cancellation will be scheduled for the day after I will be charged again next month? This is quite ridiculous and I recommend being really careful before clicking purchase.

The app is dynamic so it will circle back to questions it thinks you may have missed. But there are over 1500 unique questions on the app, so please reach out to us if you think this wasn't happening. We're sorry for any confusion, we do try and put that it's a subscription, not a one time payment, both when you purchase, the email reciept, and the subscription email confirmation. You can cancel immediately and have full access as well. Last, if you wanted to cancel and didn't in time, we'd be happy to refund the month you didn't use.
