### 5/5 — Great Tool!

### 5/5 — Amazing Help

*2026-06-09*

OCD SensAI has been incredibly helpful for understanding and managing my OCD better. It’s so easy too use and gives practical tools and exercise to help me when I need it. The best part is having it on the go and being able to use it when I need it. The guidance is clear and is well organized as well so I don’t feel overwhelmed. It definitely changed the way that I work and live and helped with things I’ve struggled with for years! Highly recommend

### 5/5 — Great understanding of OCD

*2026-05-12*

This app was clearly designed by someone who understands what it’s like to live with OCD. A lot of mental health apps give very generic advice, but SensAI feels much more thoughtful and specific to the actual experience of OCD, including the spiraling thoughts, reassurance seeking, and difficulty maintaining perspective. This is a great way to get day to day personalized support and help you keep perspective between therapy sessions. Love that you can share the data points with your therapist as you go.

### 5/5 — What a great tool!

*2026-05-01*

This has changed how much I can help my clients as a therapist. My clients are excited to use it and have extra support especially during exposures. Also super cool how we can track homework and see progress!

### 5/5 — I love it

*2026-05-01*

I can finally keep track of my triggers. It’s a little pricey, but it’s worth it imo

### 5/5 — Super Helpful and Insightful!

*2026-04-30*

I can honestly say I haven’t had any episodes since using this app. Great ideas to help get through the day. One of the better products to come out of AI boom.

### 5/5 — Great 24/7 Supplement to Therapy

*2025-11-23*

It doesn’t replace therapy, but therapy is expensive and not available on the fly. This seems like a great supplement to therapy that is available on your phone in your pocket 24/7. So you can work through an OCD episode when it happens. It also seems like a good way to log episodes, triggers and responses, so you remember to discuss those specifics with your therapist at your next visit.

The app is well designed, intuitive, and non-judgmental. The resource and reference section for further learning about OCD is also helpful.

### 5/5 — useful for anxiety

*2025-11-20*

i wouldn’t consider having ocd normally but i realized it can stem from my anxiety. it helps me a lot when i was spiraling and helps me process my thoughts. honestly would suggest to anymore who is struggling with over thinking, anxiety, ocd, or depression.

### 5/5 — Great App

*2025-11-12*

I love how it steps you through moments of OCD. I am new to this app but I have loved it so far and will keep using it for sure!!!!

### 5/5 — Helpful for processing anxiety

*2025-10-26*

During the exposures, I thought the app did a good job of promoting me to think through my thoughts, and pointed out where I was having anxiety about things that don’t logically make sense. I think the app is a good way to introduce meditative thoughts or mindfulness in brief moments throughout the day.

### 5/5 — The best AI app that actually understands OCD!

*2025-10-26*

What makes OCD SensAI stand out from regular AI chat tools like ChatGPT is that it knows what you don’t know. When you’re struggling with OCD, you often don’t even know what questions to ask or what step comes next in your healing journey. This app guides you through a proven framework and helpful resources, so you don’t have to figure it all out on your own. It saves your progress so you can come back and see where you left off.

One of my favorite parts is how visually organized it is. You can actually see your progress in graphs and charts for each anxiety theme you’re working on. It saves your journaling and conversations so you can track your growth and understand where you’re improving.

It’s not just another AI chat bot. It’s an interactive OCD therapy journal that can be used individually or along with a therapist for a structured ERP approach designed to support real progress and healing. Even for a therapist it would be difficult to create this type of structure to truly help someone with OCD make significant progress. This app enables such structure for both individuals and therapists.

If you live with OCD or are working on recovery, definitely give it a try. It’s like having a gentle, intelligent companion for your mind.

### 5/5 — Very helpful

*2025-10-26*

This is easy to use and looks like it will be great for my son.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 4/5 — Great app!

*2026-06-10*

Great app! It’s intuitive, supportive, and provides helpful guidance for people dealing with OCD. The tools are practical and easy to use. Highly recommend giving it a try.

### 4/5 — A Good Way to Recognize OCD Thoughts!

*2025-10-26*

A good app that helps you recognize potential OCD tendencies, and creates a plan to help you find ways to overcome those tendencies!

### 5/5 — A Helpful Companion for OCD Recovery

*2026-06-23, version 1.6.6*

I’ve found OCD SensAI to be a thoughtful and supportive tool for managing OCD. The app offers practical exercises, helpful insights, and guidance that encourage healthier responses to intrusive thoughts without feeling overwhelming. I appreciate that it focuses on learning skills and building awareness rather than providing constant reassurance. The interface is easy to use, and the tools are accessible whenever I need a quick check-in or reminder of recovery principles. A great resource to complement therapy and support ongoing OCD recovery work. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

### 5/5 — Finally an OCD app that actually supports ERP

*2026-06-22, version 1.6.6*

What I like most is the structure: I can create exposure exercises, log how I feel, and then see my progress over time in clear graphs and charts for each theme I’m working on. The journaling and saved conversations are great for noticing patterns and bringing specific examples back to therapy. The new therapist‑linking features are also promising. My therapist can see my assessments and homework, which makes our sessions more focused and grounded in what actually happened between visits. It’s important to remember this isn’t a replacement for a licensed clinician, and I’d still like to see even clearer info on privacy and accessibility inside the app. But overall, if you’re working on OCD or OCD‑like anxiety and want a structured way to practice ERP every day, this is one of the best tools I’ve found so far.

### 5/5 — So helpful!

*2026-06-22, version 1.6.6*

I recently downloaded this and it’s already helped me. As someone who practices ACT, it’s been a great tool to have in my pocket and the AI companion makes it easy to actually practice on the go. The Learn library alone is worth it!

### 5/5 — Talks you through it, not at you

*2026-06-22, version 1.6.6*

This app walked me through a real scenario instead of just giving generic advice. It listened to my thoughts and talk things through with me, which helped me understand what I was feeling in the moment, not just after the fact. That real-time, talked-through approach made a real difference. I found it really helpful if you want something that feels like it’s actually hearing you out.

### 5/5 — The best tool for OCD

*2026-06-21, version 1.6.6*

This has been one of the very most helpful tools for OCD I’ve ever seen. It’s amazing that it actually focuses on ERP instead of just in the moment help. Very cool!

### 5/5 — Yes

*2026-06-19, version 1.6.6*

I love how user friendly it is. It’s already stressful enough facing my fears, so to not add frustration by having it coherent is so nice.

### 5/5 — Surprisingly Helpful!!!!

*2026-06-19, version 1.6.6*

Hidden gem.

The exposure ideas are surprisingly good. Maybe add a few real examples or case studies to the description—if you’ve never done ERP before, some exercises look pretty wild at first 😂.

Would also love an Apple Watch app someday. Maybe even OCR/screenshot summaries or on-device AI to help identify OCD patterns across exposures. Lots of potential here.

### 5/5 — Delete ChatGPT

*2026-06-18, version 1.6.6*

This app is very calming. It doesn’t feel like other AI bots that tries to over explain their answers in unrelated ways. I also like having all the crisis numbers readily available for me or friends in case there’s something too big for me to handle.
