OCD Toolkit is a free collection of tools designed to help you manage OCD — built by someone who deals with it too.

No subscriptions. No paywalls. Just tools that help.

What's inside:

Log - Track your compulsions and triggers over time. Logging what's happening is one of the most powerful first steps in understanding your OCD patterns — and gives you something real to discuss with your therapist.

Breathe - A guided 4-7-8 breathing exercise to help calm your nervous system when anxiety spikes. Simple, proven, and always available.

Resist - A compulsion resistance timer. When the urge to carry out a compulsion hits, Resist helps you sit with that discomfort and watch it pass — one of the core principles of ERP therapy.

Remind - A collection of insight cards covering OCD, intrusive thoughts, and recovery. Swipe through them or get one at random when you need a reminder that you're not alone and recovery is possible.

Checked? - A verification tool designed to help you break the checking cycle. Get the reassurance that the urge is asking for — once — and then move on.
