### 2/5 — They change it too much

*2026-07-17, version 3.0.15*

I used to love this app but they keep changing the design so much it’s super hard to navigate now and the “feed” feels too much like social media, not calming at all. Also ever since they did this design update, all the statements in my toolbox disappeared which is really sad because that was the most helpful part of the app for me over the past couple of years. I’ve now deleted my subscription, which is such a shame because this app used to be so amazing for practicing CBT. Feels like I lost a friend. I wish they’d bring back the old designs. :(

### 3/5 — Doesn’t seem to help

*2026-06-02, version 3.0.3*

I’m confused by this app. All I’m doing is “learning” what a positive thought is vs a negative thought. I know what the differences are, but I need to learn how to use them in practice. Maybe my OCD is too much for the app? Today’s session started out with “The past two days we’ve understood the reasons we engage in our stories.” No we didn’t. We literally just swiped left or right on “Is this a good thought or bad thought?” I’m going to keep doing it, but even the free trial doesn’t give you anything. I need to learn how to break the loops once I’m in there and to be honest, me sitting thinking “this is a bad thought”, doesn’t actually do anything.

### 2/5 — Buggy

*2026-05-17, version 2.10.14*

I paid $20 for the monthly subscription and the app is way too buggy to use now, which is frustrating because I really enjoyed the modules but every time I hit continue nothing happens and I can’t progress. Super frustrating.

### 3/5 — Good App

*2026-04-05, version 2.10.12*

I have really liked this app, but I keep having trouble with it working. When I start a topic it won’t let me open the activity. The continue button won’t work either. It is disappointing that I cannot access the activities.

### 1/5 — Ads with premium

*2026-03-03, version 2.10.11*

I paid $80 for a premium membership but I’m getting daily ads for Nocd. It interrupts my exercises and there’s no way to close out of the pop up.

Very frustrating. As it is right now, this app is basically unusable.

### 3/5 — Once good, now very buggy & commercialised

*2026-02-25, version 2.10.11*

It’s a great app for OCD and worth trying out with a subscription. However, recently the app had started getting really buggy, to the point that it’s unusable and it’s always trying to sell you something. Developers - please do better.

### 2/5 — Stops working

*2026-02-17, version 2.10.11*

Lately I haven’t been able to use the app, I used to think it was an excellent tool for helping me manage my symptoms but I have not been able to use it for several weeks - it’s just been stuck on the same module and won’t load.

### 1/5 — Buggy

*2026-01-30, version 2.10.8*

The App doesnt even open anymore for me, no matter how many times ive deleted and redownloaded. I even moved to a different phone and it wouldnt open still. Rather unfortunate

### 4/5 — Amazing content, user interface is seriously lacking.

*2026-01-24, version 2.10.7*

I recommended this app for a number of years for the no-frills nature, especially in the content of each module. The latest design updates with busy AI generated art are so cheesy and distracting. I dearly miss the old format with its clean and simple look - even within the affirmation exercises the app has been updated to include too many gamified features for my liking. I have not found a reason to review until today when the app would not let me click on any module (which is already made difficult by the layout when adding/exploring modules/pathways..so confusing) the zen mode is almost good but is weirdly hidden and difficult to find! Bizarre UI these days, BUT the science works, and this is still the only ocd app I would recommend - I just wish it was a recommendation without so many strings attached.

### 1/5 — Make the modules usable

*2026-01-12, version 2.10.6*

The modules are not usable and my progress has not been restored. You just left some 4 paragraph response to one of my complaints and you still didn’t fix the issue.

### 1/5 — NOT USER FRIENDLY

*2026-01-09, version 2.10.6*

How the hell am I supposed to do the modules when it won’t let me?

### 3/5 — Good app but now very buggy

*2026-01-08, version 2.10.5*

It’s a great app for OCD and worth trying out with a subscription. However, recently the app had started getting really buggy, to the point that it’s unusable. Developers - please do better.

### 1/5 — Disgusting disrespect to longtime users

*2026-01-08, version 2.10.5*

This app used to be great. However, it is essentially unusable nowadays. The devs have no clue what they’re doing, every time they fix a bug a new one appears.

It has now been nearly an entire month that the modules have been unusable. Saved progress reset as well. I’m so angry with how much this helped me and then the following careless actions by the developer. I believe that you hold a moral responsibility to not screw over people that rely on this tool for mental health. To me this is the epitome of misuse of AI and vibecoding.

### 4/5 — Good app bad AI art

*2026-01-04, version 2.10.5*

The only thing preventing the 5 starts is all the ugly ai art. However the excersizes help to keep me grounded every day and are really easy and manageable.

### 1/5 — What happened?

*2025-12-29, version 2.10.4*

This app has been primary tool that helped me get my OCD to a manageable spot last year. I genuinely cannot be more thankful for how it has allowed me to get my life positioned the way I’ve been trying on my own for years.

But recently, it’s become too buggy to use!! I can’t even use the app more than half the time I try to. I’ve submitted multiple bug reports in app but by now it’s been over a month since I was able to properly complete a module. And I cant lie that it’s having measurable effects on my mental health. I’m about ready to cancel my subscription before it renews and try to find a new tool before it affects me more.

I’m really just disappointed more than anything. Regular use is soooo helpful for those who deal with OCD ruminations and intrusive thoughts. It’s irresponsible and disrespectful to your users to leave the app in such a sad state.

### 1/5 — Neglected my contact

*2025-12-29*

No response from contact, no reimbursement after forgetting to cancel trial. I felt scammed.

**Developer response:** Sorry to hear about your experience. Please contact us again on support@ggtude.com.

### 2/5 — meh

*2025-12-02, version 2.2.4*

why do you have to pay that's dumb because there are people on here that don't feel comfortable talking to someone so they download this app. AND THEIR BROKE!!! they have trouble with all the things that are locked. with the things unlocked they are not helpful AT ALL. i am deleting this app unless if I do so my review will be deleted too.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — AI generated, repetitive

*2026-07-27, version 3.0.17*

The content felt very AI generated and was very repetitive across modules. Not particularly helpful.

### 1/5 — Seriously ai?

*2026-07-08, version 3.0.13*

Also if u actually want to help people with ocd stop making it having to pay for this ai slop gen so mad

### 1/5 — New features constantly but never fix functionality

*2026-06-11, version 3.0.5*

Just gives vibe coding/bad devs. They have repeatedly ignored specific requests for years. Only solution I’ve found is reinstalling an old version of the app.

To the majority of people, please don’t waste your time with this app.

### 1/5 — Will the app ever be fixed?

*2026-05-02, version 2.10.14*

This app has become terrible, to the point where it violates a handful of App Store rules. It should be removed.

### 1/5 — Used to be good

*2026-04-19, version 2.10.12*

Used to be good but with every update they made it worse

### 1/5 — Disappointed

*2026-04-18, version 2.10.12*

I used to really like this app and used it weekly. I don’t know why but the beautiful design app has been changed to AI generated everything and it’s so distracting and ugly to look at. I don’t like how all the modules get moved around every update and they keep adding more AI slop, every time this app gets updated it gets worse

### 1/5 — Too buggy to use

*2026-04-17, version 2.10.12*

App does not allow you to complete any modules anymore. Not worth using which is very sad

### 1/5 — Invalidating

*2026-04-13, version 2.10.12*

Not really helpful. It forces you to be happy with positive affirmations. It invalidates your feelings and does not resolve your repressed anger.. too bad, I had better expectations..

### 1/5 — Vibe coded mess

*2026-04-01, version 2.10.12*

I check in about once per month, just to see if the developer bothered to fix the data saving issue. Each time I see many new features/modules, but of course no bug fix.

I have described the exact bug dozens of times to the help center, through reviews, and even to the app creator - and I’ve been ignored each time.

Do not waste your money here, as they don’t care about their users. This app used to be great. It’s useless now.

### 1/5 — Mandatory upselling

*2026-03-18, version 2.10.12*

This is a great app; however, it has changed. Now, even when you pay for. Subscription, you get trapped into pages that force you into scheduling an appointment with a therapist. There is no way to close the pages or go back to home pages. This is a terrible practice, especially in mental health

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Amazing

*2026-06-06*

Helps a lot

### 5/5 — Great app but too buggy.

*2026-03-18, version 2.10.12*

The app is great but I constantly have to delete and re-download the app to use a new module.

### 5/5 — Extremely helpful

*2025-10-29, version 2.9.23*

In therapy, they told me to use CBT to change my thinking, but it always felt unobtainable… with this app, I’m actually DOING it. It’s completely changing my thought process to be more positive and calm. 11/10 recommend.

### 5/5 — An awesome CBT tool

*2025-07-24, version 2.9.22*

I love how diverse this app is in covering the full range of OCD subtypes and topics; it truly was the first tool that made me feel seen and validated that my subtype had been studied and developed. I LOVE the exercises, community access, and customizable features of this app and truly am beyond grateful for this platform

### 5/5 — The Ambassador Program SAVES THEN ABANDONS….

*2025-06-10, version 2.9.19*

….again & again & again!!! Log-ins that do not work & no matter how many emails desperately asking for IT help, only ONLY the head HEAD Man, Guy Ilany, ever EVER got back to me…. (Though that login, unfortunately, did not work- lol- at least he CARES & he is Amazing to do that!!!!!

### 5/5 — Sooo life changing

*2025-05-09, version 2.9.16*

I just finished TMS Therapy for depression and still was struggling. Then I found this app. What a blessing! I find my thinking is on the right track now. I feel like a load of stress and anxiety has lifted. Perhaps the government needs to hire this company to help with depression. We need things like this. It could actually be something worthwhile to invest in! Thank you for changing my life :)

### 5/5 — Very effective and fun

*2025-03-30, version 2.9.15*

I really like this application and I start feeling how it’s working. Recommend it to everyone who is looking for helpful advice and guidance.

### 5/5 — Helpful

*2025-02-27, version 2.9.11*

I’m honestly surprised by this app. It has been more helpful that I could imagine or expect. Grateful.

### 5/5 — The best app for negative thinking

*2025-02-23, version 2.9.11*

It’s so thoughtfully created. The concepts and games are so intelligent and helpful. The illustrations and animations are beautiful yet simple and not distracting. It’s better than the other apps I’ve used for mental health. I do cbt regularly and this has taught me new things that I didn’t know before. It’s my favorite app ever <3

### 5/5 — Helpful

*2025-02-19, version 2.9.10*

I’m honestly surprised by this app. It has been more helpful that I could imagine or expect. Grateful.
