I go at least every other week. Never leave with what I brought or above. It a constant train wreck. The actual casino. Borgata has been bad. So I decided to join the online as well. Huge disappointment. Really wanted it to be my online #1 choice. Well it’s not. No bonuses and no wins. You could be great but your not. Really makes me sad. How can you play piggie game for over 200 spins and never get a train. Just horrible. It demands you log in, but won’t give you a way to do so if you do not have your secret card number available. Instead, it naively states that if you are having problems you should go to the customer service desk. Yeah, let me jump in the car and drive hours to go to your desk so that I may have the privilege of possibly booking something at your hotel. WTH? You can’t look up your account or reset it, they demand you come in person to the desk. No, thank you for such gracious customer service, but really that’s not appealing, and I’ll just go somewhere else instead. No wonder this property went bankrupt more times than I can count. No one seems to have any idea how to manage it, and this app is no different. I’d pick a different hotel based on this experience alone. I did. It has everything I need to plan my visit to this amazing casino down to the last detail. One of my favorite features of the app is its exceptional wayfinding capabilities. With just a few taps on my phone, I can easily navigate the casino floor and find my favorite slot machines and table games. The app's interactive maps are always up-to-date, making it easy to find my way around no matter where I am. The app's slot finder feature is also a big hit with me. I can search for my favorite games, which is incredibly helpful if I have specific games I want to play or if I'm looking for new ones to try. Another great thing about the app is that it makes it easy to plan my visit to the casino. If I'm looking to go out to dinner with my husband, the app's dining section has all the information I need.
