Ocean Swim School is structured pool training for adult swimmers, built by an Olympic swimmer. Follow a real plan, fix your technique stroke by stroke, and feel the water start working with you instead of against you.

Ocean Swim School requires a membership. Choose Standard or Premium — both are auto-renewing subscriptions with a 7-day free trial for new members. Everything listed below is included with membership.

• 100+ structured training plans, from learning freestyle from scratch through masters training and triathlon race prep
• A drill library of real filmed drills, with underwater video so you can see exactly what each movement should look like

Both tiers include a 7-day free trial for first-time subscribers. Prices are in USD and may vary by region.

Memberships are auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
