Re download it, still the same, such a shame that developers can't be bothered to test properly. ### 4/5 — MooN Light 36 - MoS alliance *2018-10-11* I can’t login to my account at all. No game center no facebook. All details lost. Wtf? Fix the problem o.w. ! C ### 2/5 — Too much *2016-12-17, version 1.13* It has a bad bug mentioned in reviews. It happens on iPad and iPhone where the screen bounces up and you are forced to kill the app and restart it. The UI Is too busy. Just too much stuff going on stuffed into an awkward portrait mode. I'm still playing at level 9 But it's hard to find a good team. As a noobie it dumps you into a team of other level 1-4s so no protection. A level 12+ comes in and kills every team members fleet, then stays there and does it every day. So then this guy leaves, another guy does it. How can I build a fleet at this rate. How do I move my darn ship away from it for free? You get one free Migration, then it is like 5.00 just to migrate your island. One thing I like is the tip system to keep new people on track and you get food and stuff each time you complete the tips activity. I want to give it 4 but bit at this time. Similar games::I like War Dragons. It's also a buggy and confusing "slow builder" too. But the attack phase is the coolest. And the tutorial guides you through the first levels. I give this a biased 4.2 star. PEOPLE: Don't trust 5 star and 1 star reviews. Those people aren't good judges. Many sat its a great 5 star game then they say BUT this, that, and the other. ### 3/5 — Bubbling up / obtaining purchases *2016-11-20, version 1.13* The game is fun but you have to stay bubbled up for 8 hrs, 24 hours or 3 days, which gives very little options to make attacks on others but if you don't stay bubbled up 24/7, you are able to be wiped out totally by other fleets of much more combat power than you and when that happens, it's basically starting from scratch which takes forever. As far as purchasing coins it takes forever at times to accumulate them ( up to an hour in some cases) which prevents you from being able to buy a bubble in time before the current one is up or pops if you will. Lastly, WAY TO MANY BUGS. Constantly reloads!!☹️ ### 1/5 — Promotes racism and never listens to any complaints *2016-10-18, version 1.13* I have turned in complaints. I turned in a complaint that the leader of the bigger alliance stated he had his members constantly attacking because we were not Muslim or Turkish people. They shrug off the racism and said it was part of the game. We have enough racism going on to promote it in a game. To be told you are not allowed in a kingdom because of the country you live in and your religion is a racist act. To not be able to play a game because of constant against is even worse. The game developers should listen to our complaints. They never do never apologize and never try to fix the problem. I have put a lot of money in the game and now it is gone because of glitches and racism :( At least let us move out Capitol to another kingdom is we have to deal with racism in one. Admit and fix the issues. ### 1/5 — Gold Buyers Beware *2016-10-06, version 1.13* Purchased a pack. Got the apple emailed receipt stating it has been charged. Almost a week now no pack was given. Been with customer service "Elaine" said they would take care of it then FB ocean wars say I have to go through apple. Nope. Your game screwed up so I'm going to you. I urge anyone that plays the game who has had packs not given to them rate this game a 1 star. ### 1/5 — Poorly designed *2016-10-05, version 1.13* A fun game at first until you realize the big money players and alliances can wipe you out completely in a matter of minutes... And keep attacking you over and over again. So basically this game you build up for a week only to have your entire fleet, mines, etc wiped out by someone you or your entire alliance can't possibly defend against. No cooling down period after being attacked either. Just a pointless exercise. ### 3/5 — Lovely game *2016-10-04, version 1.13* I love this game, this game by far is my most favorite of this genre. I would give this a perfect five stars if it wasn't for the ugly tricks the game is playing on me. For the second builder the note says to recharge any amount permanently and when I do it only works for two days. I don't know if this is some bug or intentional. Either way it is a good game. ### 1/5 — Hackers! *2016-09-12, version 1.13* Be warned, this game has hackers and the developers will NOT do anything about it. If you wanna hack go ahead! Have fun!! The game is great, lots of fun, but don't waste money on it, the hackers know everything about you and will do as they please. Had one kill me through the ceasefire bubble today. Devs? They laughed at me and said impossible. Didn't even research it. The Devs are a JOKE! 🐐👈 ### 1/5 — Decent game *2016-09-11, version 1.13* Alliances are key to this game. You can join one or create one; your choice. If you join one, be conservative in your donations. Don't contribute anything where you've had to spend gold, but make sure you contribute enough not to get booted. Most areas have a system set up between all the top alliances for Atlantis, so you have to play by their rules. Overall, an okay game. Just don't spend your money. You will have plenty of opportunities to earn gold, it takes time but you can earn it. ### 3/5 — I need help *2016-08-31, version 1.13* I like this game, I have it on my iPad prow and it works great, but I downloaded it on my iPhone to connect them so when I'm away I can still play it doesn't work, it tells me to upgrade my one of my buildings but when I click on it it does nothing but flicker where I click. Been playing it for 6 yrs. even when Chinese got caught cheating , no Google support and as of June 30 PayPal dropping them ### 1/5 — Lost funds *2018-10-15* Continuously I purchase monthly gift on ocean wars, my money keeps being accepted and taken from my bank account but I rarely receive my purchase , so I purchase it again and maybe the second time I will receive it, sometimes I have to purchase it 3 times to get it once, I contact game support and I am told to take it up with iTunes , so I contact iTunes and they tell me that I have to contact game support, so what I’m saying is if you make I purchase there is 1 in 3 chances you will lose your money and no one wants to take responsibility and help you, you just lose hard earned money ### 1/5 — Garbage customer service. *2017-06-09, version 1.13* Played for about 9 months and I have to say this app has probably the worst Support I have ever seen. It takes them days to respond to your issues. And they treat their paying customers like garbage. From purposely avoiding merging servers to force players to start new in a new server, to having the game down for a day and then putting it back up without shielding anyone so you get attacked and lose all your ships. No notice no compensation for my losses. They literally REFUSED to do anything for me when it was their game that was down and we had no way of knowing when it would come back on. Just so happens it came back on when I was sleeping. But, I spent a lot of time making what are called traps. Takes a lot of resources to max them out at the level I got to. One day the up and disappeared. Every issue brought to their attention will be deleted. They only want to make money in the most awful way possible. The game is kinda fun to play as long as you stay away from in app purchases. Don't count on ANY support from mods or devs. I've been playing multiple online games and I do pay for almost all of them. Won't spend a penny on this one ever again. I have not been impressed by the untimely manner that tech support gets to issues. Now that my account has been compromised by opposing player, who warned he would do it and admitted to it afterward, I am now at the mercy of this lack of support. I have submitted an abundance of evidence of other players actions only to be waiting for 2 days for tech support to "look into it". Meanwhile the time and money I have spent in last year has gone completely to waste. I advise anyone that considers playing to weed past the post that people post to receive free items in game and find the real post of issue in this game.
