No in-app purchases. No subscriptions. No data collection. No ads. Clear, concise, and useful presentation of data. I practically did a double-take when I ran across this app store listing.

This app is a rare unicorn. A vestige of the App Store that was. All apps should be this good and respectful of their user base. Cherish it and hope that the developer never changes their tact.

We live in Arroyo Grande CA on the central coast of California between Big Sur and Santa Barbara. Lots of rugged coastline to explore. Without any knowledge of the tides a person could easily find themselves stranded because of the rising tide trapping them in a secluded cove. I have had to warn many unwary tourists to head back to the main beaches to avoid being stranded. We use this app every time we beach walk which is very often.
