I tried to contact customer support, I could not update my email, you have to go through so many questions that have NOTHING to do with the problem. When I was able to say that I had made purchases and did not receive the 2 purchases I made and I checked my purchases and was charged but I could not submit the form I have never had such difficulty contacting a customer support. I tried to contact customer support, I could not update my email, the asked so many questions one of the questions was what I purchased but after the purchase the offer disappears. I checked my purchases and was charged and will have to go through my bank to dispute the charges. I have never had such difficulty contacting a customer support. ### 1/5 — Frustrating *2025-11-05* I enjoyed this game, it was sometimes annoying with 200 + energy for cutting stone, which would clear you out of energy, but the most frustrating part, keep signing in, and then ( this would be my 3rd time, ) I had to start at level one again!!!
